Landlady was very friendly and accommodating. It was a good sleep and a good stay and the view was the nicest.
We had a great stay with a beautiful sea view and a spacious apartment with a beautiful roof lounge with large windows. Johan received us kindly and made sure that everything was OK. Unfortunately someone is building a double storey house in front of the accommodation which will impair the view from the lower floors. The view from the rooftop lounge will still be fantastic. The 4 for cleanliness does not mean that the place is not clean, but rather that the building definitely needs attention, especially the wooden stairs that are the main entrance.
Sadly, the pictures do not display the site as of today, as a new home has been built in front of the house. The unit we stayed in still has great views of the coastline and ocean. The unit was fully equipped with all required items.

Excellent view, relaxing and you definitely pay for the view and it's worth every penny. The accommodation unit was clean but can do with some maintenance such as cracking and lifting of tiles on the balcony of rooms. Very annoying sounds on the roof kept us awake for 2 nights when the wind blew, an indoor fireplace could not be used and everything and our clothes smelled like smoke a real minus cause it was cold weather. We also had to supply our own towels and toilet paper for the duration which was a first from any bookings with you. I will most definitely return and trust maintenance would have seen to the roof's noise and fireplace.
It is a very nice place. Unfortunately, we were not informed that there was construction right in front of our unit. It blocks the view of the sea. It was mentioned that there is construction next to us, but not in front of our unit. It might be mentioned. We would have booked a completely different unit. It may need some repairs here and there. Tiles, etc. But otherwise it was pleasant.
Great units with beautiful views. The rooms, bathrooms as well as open-plan kitchen were very neat and tidy. Totally loved that the kitchen had everything and more that you need from baking, cooking and braai utensils! Johan was a great help being on the premises the whole stay through. Our friends definitely enjoyed their stay, we booked 2 units and the space was perfect to accommodate our group. The only bummer was the load shedding!

Loadshedding was a disaster and water shortage for over 12 hours, the roads were terrible. The municipality in Jefferys Bay needs to wake up.

You wake up with the roar of the sea and wherever you look you have a beautiful view, just walk down to your own beach in your pajamas and enjoy the creation. Jeffreys Bay exceeded my expectations, "loadshedding" is no challenge for this tourist destination. The unit is spacious and has everything you need, safe and clean.

The view of sea was stunning, right on beach safe and beautiful. Quiet area, yet close enough if you need something from town. House is neat, clean and spacious. Hosts were very accommodating and friendly. No complaints. Value for money.
Will go back again and next time for longer, place is on the beach, with washing machine and tumble dryer it helped so much with our travel plans.
We stayed in Seebries apartment. Very neat unit equipped with everything you need. The separate indoor braai area on the roof was the highlight of the weekend. Amazing view from the top and the sunrise was beautiful. Johan, our host, was very helpful and made us feel very much at home from the start and showed and explained everything to us. Thank you Johan for all your effort! Would recommend Paradise on Sea to anyone.
We could only check in after an hour, because they didn't know about our reservation. It was a big inconvenience.

The place needs attention walls mif/lights that don't work/kitchen cupboard doors broken (scanners) and not enough glasses, bought and left there. Pots not clean. We had to wait for our accommodation as the place was not yet ready by 2.30pm.
Although the units' location is good, the endom is structurally poorly finished. It's not neat just with 100th floor and wall tiles that are cracked. It also seems possible that the floor tiles are coming loose. The unit's door could not lock from the inside and consequently the very poor rating for safety. We had to spend the night with the door not locking. The fridge is old, rusty and dirty. Standing on wooden scaffolding. Not something I wanted to store food in.

Bigger than we expected, nice upstairs living area.
We were a large group of friends and the house was ideal with the specific units. We could have fun together, but also had privacy. The sea view from the rooms, living room and every balcony was dreamlike and the tranquility just got under one's skin. The beaches are clean and one's feet just want to go to the water. The facilities in the units were also just enough with braai facilities at each unit, table tennis and other games for the younger people in Seebries' "penthouse". One can feel that these are units that are lived in and we will certainly want to stretch out here again
Will be staying at Paradise On Sea again and already planning my next holiday.
Some money needs to be spent on maintenance. Cracked tiles, sliding doors difficult to open, etc.
We booked 3 apartments for 15 friends. All apartments are fully equipped. The owners were really nice and helpful for us travelling from France.
Fantastic, very well located, quiet, safe. Would definitely go again and recommend. Very nice beach and caught great fish. Already reported what was negative to owner and considered it settled. Really worth it. Great setup.
The place we stayed was perfect, but to get onto the premises was a nightmare. Nobody informed us that we had to pick the keys up in Jeffery's Bay. We sat outside and tried phoning you guys but the no was not available. We then tried the no on the board of the premises and it didn't ring. We sat waiting in the heat till a lady came from the beach and she told us that we have to pick the keys up in Jeffery's Bay as they were also there on holiday. So we went to Jeffery's Bay and got the keys. On arrival we went inside only to find that there was no toilet paper in the bathrooms, so we had to go back to buy paper. The stay was fine only for the arrival information that was forthcoming.
Our time at Paradise on Sea was very enjoyable. Plenty for young and old to do. Very neat place. We will definitely stop at Paradise on Sea if we go that way again.
