Me, my husband and our two dogs had a wonderful time. The location was perfect, walking distance to the sea and very quiet. The accommodation was very impressive. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was also very tasteful and created a luxurious atmosphere. The host and hostess were extremely friendly and helpful. They made us and our dogs feel right at home and made sure we had everything we needed during our time there. Beautiful guest house! Spacious and tasteful interior. We really enjoyed the 4 days there. Provision was made for load shedding and we really enjoyed the garden and birds. We had an incredibly nice stay. The place was beautiful and very clean and tidy. The owners really thought of everything, from dish soap to battery lights for load shedding, and they also kept us informed of the load shedding schedule at all times. We would go back again anytime. It is really very good value for money and the owners are really wonderful people.

Our self-catering unit was perhaps the best one we have ever been in. The furnishings (bed, table, sofa, chairs etc.) attractive and comfortable. The place was spotless, bright, artistic touches and well - comfortable. Definitely a place to spend more than a few days. There is a short 5-minute walk to the beach - from there you can walk in either direction for about 5 or 6 km. You can even make it to St. Francis at low tide. The surroundings are quiet, peaceful and safe. John was the perfect host - must come back again!

Our hostess Chanie is a lovely person, we really enjoyed every moment there. Our little dog Snoekie thought the place belonged to her. We were pampered and would definitely like to stay longer. It's a beautiful apartment will definitely stay there again.

John and Chanie were great hosts and we felt very welcome. They showed us to our cottage which was lovely and clean and had everything in we needed. The extra bonus was DStv Premium which hubby was happy with. It's a great little cottage for two and pets are allowed by arrangement so our spaniels loved it. Also nice that there is a gate that we could keep closed for the dogs, but could still sit on the patio. The beach can be accessed through a pathway about 500m from the cottage and very safe to swim. Even our pooches loved swimming in the waves. Definitely a great place to visit - pure paradise!
Was a nice short stay. Shorter stay than planned due to vehicle problems, but people were helpful and suggested options to make up for the inconvenience. Would have liked to spend longer days, but time did not cooperate. The lady who helped us with check-in and so on was very helpful and friendly. Will definitely want to visit there again.

Three minute walk to the most beautiful, clean and empty beach, and an easy drive to Jeffrey's Bay. I recommend this venue to anyone looking for a quiet, private and immaculate venue, and Charnie was a great hostess.
The unit was very neatly and comfortably furnished. The owner went out of her way to accommodate us. We had to be there much earlier than the usual check-in time to get dressed for a wedding. We were able to get the unit two hours early without any problems or delays.
