It was what i needed as a single traveler.
It was a nice by-place, the hostess was great and received good service.
Not child friendly. But a great place if you need a place to sleep over for business or sports events.
Struggled to put the TV's on. Bathrooms grimy, hair in shower drains. Shower door broken (separates from lining). Overall, the house does not appear to be clean. Throws and cushions not clean. Bed pillows flat and visibly old. Bedside lamp bulb fused. Only one cup in each room for tea. No coffee? Back door does not close at all. Security gate at back door - slider very difficult to close. Glad we only had to spend one night. Much more effort can be made by the housekeeper with cleaning. We didn't expect a 5-star venue but were disappointed when comparing the photos on the website to the reality. No hot water in one of the bathrooms. Didn't feel safe in area. Actually couldn't wait to get home and shower.
Very sketchy area – photos are misleading. The owner was not there and the woman in charge was very friendly, but for single traveler (woman) I would not recommend it. Dangerous and even GPS warned to look out for surroundings. Garden was very untidy and general appearance needed work. TV only had one channel that worked.
Noisy guests until very late and place falling apart, tried to upgrade me to other room for more money and then sat in the room anyway.
DSTV limited only to the dining room and main bedroom none.
The place looks neglected outside. Passable within.
The one bathroom could be a problem as three rooms have to share.
Communal kitchen as self catering was not my idea of self catering.
