7 guests' feedbackAlthough the air conditioning was not advertised, it did not work in the middle of the Karoo. A double bed was requested, and it was indicated to be fully booked, although we were the only tenants for the night.
Would definitely recommend it.
We enjoyed a warm welcome and the Karoo heat was soon dissipated with delicious, ice-cold water. The room was tastefully and comfortably furnished. Apart from the restrictions that load shedding has placed on our accommodation, e.g. Wi-Fi etc. the stay was very pleasant. After nice biscuits and coffee, we could venture on the long road again early the next day.
A good stay-over destination to or from Cape Town. Twin room with comfortable beds, tea/coffee station and TV. The bathroom doesn't have a door (which was fine for us but may be a consideration for others). Offered safe parking and had WiFi. Neighbourhood is a quieter part of town but this night the neighbour was a bit noisy. Friendly hostess who sent loadshedding schedule ahead of time to plan accordingly. A good choice for a stopover.

Owner has big sheep dog that lives where our entrance was, very bad. Dog jumped up at us and paws hurt. Dog has no manners! It's unacceptable. My husband accidentally landed him in the street, drama! Didn't have plug for boiler. Not through front bathroom.
