Towels are provided for the duration of your stay.
Outside, there is a fenced garden in which children and adults can relax, as well as a large patio with built-in braai on the top floor that overlooks the ocean. Pets are allowed but not inside the house. Absolutely everything, including a security alarm, is provided that you would need to massage away the stress of city life.
Only a 600m walk to the Harbour Rd with various restaurants and shops and entertainment. And 700m walk to nearest beach and also the Palmiet lagoon where kids can swim and play in the warmer shallow waters. The main beach is about 2.5km from our house.
Nearby activities include a variety of well-known wine routes, shark-cage diving, penguin viewing, horse riding, diving, whale watching, walking trails and panoramic sea- and landscape views over Kleinmond and the Atlantic Ocean.

It's our 2nd year renting out Picollo Bocca Villa. Enjoy it a lot and the layout of the house is great. Service from owner and house manager is fantastic. See you again next year!

For future planning for safety park the car at the back of the house. To open the fence on the left-hand side. Add a toilet on the top floor for elderly people.
The house is very neat. The bed I slept on sleeps very well. All my friends who were there said that they slept well. The people around there are very friendly. If you sit on the balcony, you see the vehicles passing by and they greet and wave. There is everything in the house that you need, down to a black pot. All that's missing is an ax and lights for loud shidding.
Great house and surrounding area. Owners are friendly, but the collection of keys on arrival changed a lot. I had to phone different people to make sure what was happening with the keys. No bathrooms on the upper level of the house. Stairs are not child-friendly. WiFi is faulty, can't really watch TV. Water pressure is slow and warm water was almost non-existent for most of the weekend.
The house was equipped with everything we needed, the location was walking distance from the sea and the person who received us was very hospitable. We as a family will visit Picollo Bocca again anytime.

House keeper was very friendly and helpful. Fantastic location.
On the web page the house looks beautiful, and close to the sea. We had a nice barbecue, walked to the sea and explored the area. Unfortunately, no hand soap and wood were provided and we had to go to the shops to buy them. I mention this because we use this type of accommodation regularly and are used to it being provided when we book through the website. Unfortunately, the house was not clean, and the dishwasher was out of order. The linen on beds was clean and of good quality.
It was nice to get out with my friends. We all enjoyed it and were a bit stressed at our jobs. So the rest was good.

Would have liked to have WiFi in the house, but otherwise everything was as desired.

We enjoyed the house, it had everything in it that we needed, a home away from home! All you need to bring along is you, well and obviously your food! But the place has little shops and restaurants close by just in case you wanna be a little bit lazy.

Amper geen skoonmaak middels beskikbaar in huis nie - 1 swartsak en 1 rol toiletpapier vir 3 aande? Die huis word vir 8 geadverteer, maar hul verskaf slegs R100 se krag vir 3 aande se huur - teen 'n koste van R2000 per aand is dit belaglik. Ek moes nog krag opsit wat nie deur ons gebruik gaan word nie? Die set up is nie te bad nie, maar ek sal nie weer daar huur nie. Ek het ook nog niks gehoor van my deposito nie.
We had an enjoyable weekend, the surroundings are ideal for rest and a quiet getaway. The caretaker neglected her duties by not providing the promised electricity, and the key to backyard was not given to us, leading to our children's frustration with a large backyard in sight but no access to it ! There was only 1 litter bag and it was very unsanitary for most of our stay due to storage space for litter. The rooms were very comfortable and the high quality of the bedding was a highlight, thank you.
With one block away from the beachfront and 5 minutes walk to the lagoon this place is absolutely amazing. The teenagers did not want to come back home as they enjoyed every moment of it. Place is excellent, clean and very spacious. Views also amazing from the balcony.
The stay and accommodation was excellent.
The house was absolutely fantastic. We were a group of friends and really enjoyed the house. It is very neat and very comfortable, fully equipped with everything. Only problem was the fact that the only toilet facilities are on the ground floor and we had to go downstairs every time we we had to use it. Otherwise there weren't any complaints, and we would recommend Picollo Bocca Villa to any group. It definitely wasn't our last visit.
My wife and I and our 2 sons and their wives spent an enjoyable weekend in Kleinmond. Unfortunately, the time was a bit short to enjoy all Kleinmond has to offer. We will be back! Thanks very much.

We got very good customer service. The house is in an ideal location for the Gravity Festival, quite close to the caravan park and close to the waterfront.
The house is just not kid-friendly for a crawling baby. The grill was broken as were the grill tongs. Other than that it had been a lovely weekend. The braai area is great for entertaining a group and having a great time. Thank you very much!
