I don't want to say anything vulgar, but since it is inside the house itself, movement is restricted, I would like to come and go without having to ask to unlock the door, I was also unhappy with the R50 for cleaning that I had to pay extra when I checked in. The two people who run the guest house are very friendly, professional, very clean and tidy, but with safety they have to take into account you feel locked in. Put the guest house in a better environment and then I definitely recommend it again.

Would recommend Pilot inn to everyone. Very clean unit and staff are very friendly and helpful.
I was looking for affordable accommodation and found it. Pilot Inn offered nothing more and nothing less than they advertised and I expected. It's like the place is not modern but old, but I grew up in an old house so it didn't bother me at all. One cannot expect 5 star facilities and interior for the price they charge. My room was clean and private which is all I needed.

I was looking for a place near Emperor's Palace, had a conference there. The hosts made me feel welcome and gave me my own key with remote for the security gate. I could also lock my room. En-suite bathroom with shower and toilet, double bed and mirror cabinet. There was also a small fridge in my room. Coffee and tea and fresh water are available at any time of the day or night. If you want breakfast they make it for you at extra cost. There are also places that can deliver dinner for you. I had a great stay and can wholeheartedly recommend the Pilot Inn.
