Downstairs comprises 2 bedrooms. The first downstairs bedroom contains a queen-size bed and 2 single beds and has a full en-suite bathroom. The second downstairs bedroom contains a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet which also serves as the guest bathroom.

Downstairs you will also find a double-volume living area with a fireplace, a 10-seater dining table and Cape antique furniture, and an open-plan fully fitted kitchen with a separate laundry and scullery.
