Our couples vacation was amazing at Pringle Sunsets. The views were amazing. Starry skies at night were incredible. The house has a nice warm, cosy, and vintage feel about it. I would really do another holiday at Pringle Sunsets. The baboons in the area were a little bit of a shock, because when I booked that was not disclosed. But other than that, everything was perfect. Thank you for your hospitality. It was top notch.

We had a wonderful time at Pringle Sunsets. The house is lovely, the kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need. The inside fireplace/braai was perfect for the windy days, and we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub on the deck with lovely views of the mountains. The hosts are friendly and extremely helpful. If I could make one suggestion, it would be extra closet/hanging space in the main bedroom.
Considering the heavy rain and hectic winds, we had the most amazing time by the fire, in the hot tub, and playing board games. We felt spoiled by Kate and Don, who made sure we were fine and had everything we needed. They are the most amazing hosts! The house has everything you need for a holiday. Honestly, the photos don't do it justice. You have to see and experience this place in person. Everything was clean and tidy, and all our needs were met. When the sun came out, we had an even better time. It's truly a lovely town and an amazing house. The locals around Pringle Bay are very friendly! The local shops are awesome, and the pubs and restaurants are really nice!

It was our bad luck that it was storming and windy the weekend we stayed at Pringle Sunsets, so we weren't able to use the hot tub or really enjoy the natural beauty of the area. But we were extremely grateful for the gorgeous large fireplace in the lounge, as it kept us toasty warm, despite the cold weather. Kayla was extremely helpful and very quickly came to assist when the kitchen plugs tripped due to the storm. The entire top floor is the kitchen, dining area and lounge and the bedrooms and bathroom are downstairs, which is nice for those who want to get away from the noise upstairs. The couches are very comfy if you are wanting to spend a few hours playing one of the many games available. It's not a fancy spot, more homely and comfortable, but it had everything we needed and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Get out and explore the area, as there is a lot more to see and do than one might expect.
So I would like to start by saying that Kate and Don are amazing! Honestly there to help with anything you need. The house is fully furnished with anything you could possibly need from cool games to keep you busy to cooking/braaing any meal you desire. A huge spacious fridge and gas stove stop was a big plus for me! Would definitely come back with a group of 6 for a couple of days! Don was well prepped even though we arrived a day early (my bad), he was so polite and had everything ready for us even the freshly cleaned hot tub with new water and bubbles. The beach is within walking distance away and might I say the beach is amazing. The locals around Pringle Bay are very friendly! The local shops are awesome and especially the pubs and restaurants are really nice! I just want to say thank you to the hosts for such an amazing experience being back in Pringle Bay and just leaving with thoughts to stay longer. Great place and great people.
Kate and Don Severein were the perfect hosts during the welcome. Their friendliness immediately made us feel at home. Don kept us informed of necessary information while we were there. The house and especially the hot tub on the balcony was just what we needed. Blessings to you 2.
Will def. Pringle Sunsets recommended. It's a fantastic place for friends to hang out. The place's living area is very comfortable and there is a nice fireplace and board games for friends and families to enjoy. The rooms are neat and spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. The owners of the place are also very friendly and helpful. The place has WiFi which makes it very comfortable and a nice jacuzzi on the deck for sunny days. Unfortunately there is no TV, but there is plenty to entertain yourself with and the owners have a sign informing you of things to do in the area.
Kate was an incredible host. Made sure to give us all the information we might need upfront including sending a location pin to make sure we could find the place as easily as possible! The place was perfect and exactly as per the pictures, with board games to keep us occupied and wood to start a fire. The hot tub is in the perfect position to enjoy the view and relax! Highly recommend!
Was an incredible place to stay. Cosy, close to the beach, and had an amazing jacuzzi. Was a great, relaxing getaway with friends, and would definitely recommend it!
Beautifully decorated. Comfy. Loved that the fireplace was stacked. Great kitchen appliances. Plenty of candles for loadshedding but Wi-Fi could do with a battery as backup. The carpets upstairs need a cleaning though.

What a lovely gem of a find. Clean, safe, and perfect for simply unpacking and unwinding. The large open-plan living area, leading onto the hot tub deck, is what makes this place stand out from the crowd. One person can be cooking, another reading on the couch, another in the hot tub etc. and nobody bothering each other, yet we were all together. The house is filled with surprises and comfort that made us all feel very special.

We absolutely adored everything about staying at Pringle Sunsets. The upstairs open plan great room was beautifully styled with a large fireplace, stylish colours and super comfy couches. The kitchen was massive and filled to the brim with crockery and utensils. We loved the dishwasher and the colossal, brand-new fridge. The outside deck that caught both sunrise and sunset was so spacious and we really enjoyed heating up that hot-tub. The bedrooms each had their own colourful, luxurious and comfortable personalities and were fitted with USB, 2 and 3 prong points at both sides of each bed. Dimmer lights throughout added to the warmth brought so thoughtfully by the owners, Kate and Don. We booked our next stay before we had even left. Love! Love! Love!
I absolutely loved Pringle Sunsets when I stayed there with my family in March, so much so, that I decided to return with a group of friends this past weekend. It is an absolutely beautiful spot, with the most incredibly welcoming and helpful hosts. What more could one ask for? The Kol Kol tub on the deck was a highlight, nothing like sipping on a cold beverage while watching the beautiful Pringle Bay sunset. We had a lovely stay at Pringle Sunsets, the hosts were really lovely and accommodated us whenever we needed. The house is lovely and very clean. Beds were comfortable. My only suggestion would be to add fans for hot evening as we did not want to leave windows open in case baboons came around. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed utensil-wise and was very conveniently setup. It was so relaxing and very close to the beautiful beach. I would highly recommend Pringle Sunsets for a stay away from home! I would definitely book here again myself. Thank you!

Unfortunately we had bad weather, but luckily Pringle Sunsets has a great indoor barbecue area so we were still able to enjoy the weekend away to the fullest. View is very nice. Kate is very friendly.
Nice getaway!
Kitchen fully equipped with a full size fridge. It is ideal for families - nice and close to walk to everything. The details in the place are stunning. Baboons were only active but that's nature. Unfortunately not a fenced area for the dogs but could use the owners yard if arranged.
Wonderful place with more than enough space, very friendly owners and a breathtaking view where you can barbecue and use the Jacuzzi. Outdoor shower which was lovely and it's animal friendly. Very nice open-plan living room, dining room and patio where you can socialize and see the beautiful scenery all the time. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to switch off and relax.
Really good choice - The owners were welcoming and the place exceeded expectations. Clean bedrooms and bathroom. Well stocked kitchen with good views. The inside fire place is perfect. The mini market and bakery being so close was perfect. An overall good and fun getaway and the owners made us feel very welcomed. We will definitely be returning.
The house is beautiful, tidy which creates an atmosphere of the holidays. It is spacious and has a beautiful view of the mountains. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The house offers everything you need to make it comfortable for you. The hot tub on the deck was a bonus which we definitely used as the wind was cold. We had a great time and would definitely recommend it - value for money. The village is also beautiful and arty. It is located close to other major places such as Kleinmond, Strand and Gordon's Bay, yet away from the traffic. Peaceful, quiet and definitely worth it.

The Host will receive guests on arrival and departure unless advised otherwise. Should you need anything, the hosts are only a phone call away, on the same property, but in a separate building. Guests have access to the whole house.Guests are required to bring their own wood.
Neither the sail nor the hammock is placed on the deck, but both are next to the cabinet with the microwave. Please do not leave it outside in strong winds.
As Pringle Bay is a quiet little village, Pringle Sunsets requests that guests are aware that no loud music is to be played. Music must be played inside the upstairs entertainment area and not on the deck as voices and sounds travel even more at night. No noise or parties allowed. Please respect the neighbours.
