Welcoming and very clean, except that the construction guys were noisy and disturbing. The place is somewhat lacking in amenities. Thank you.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Mohammed listened and attended to our every need.
We had a nice stay. Our shower's drainage didn't work well, but other than that we can't complain. We asked for an extra chair, glass, plate and cutlery as we were 2 and not 1 guest. The staff were helpful. The rooms look bigger in the photos, but you soon get used to it. Do not after 19:30 Mr. D didn't try to order, their drivers were all busy and they closed after 8pm. The second night we already ordered earlier.
Very nice stay and safe.
Area was shocking, neighbourhood dogs bark all night. Didn't feel safe when entering or leaving the establishment. Room and linen were clean. We were a couple, yet only 1 plate, knife, fork, and tablespoon were in the room (other guests have commented on this in their reviews). Fridge and microwave were clean. Additional warm blankets were in the cupboard if needed. Fresh towels were supplied. Garden area was neat.

Stay was good, clean room, and the shower room was super amazing, spacious and the sheer power of the water was refreshing.
The place has potential; however, there are a number of things that need to be changed for them to get it there. 1. The first one being cleaning the place. The place just needs to be properly cleaned everywhere. One room had stains on some pillows and towels. In one room, the toilet was not smelling clean and fresh. 2. One room had a broken toilet, i.e. the lid was broken by the hinges. 3. They have glass sliding doors on the rooms; however, the curtain rail has been put too far away from the wall, so the curtain, when closed, does not provide the necessary privacy that is required. 4. In addition, the curtains are too low and do not reach the floor. Given that they have glass sliding doors, it also results in the necessary privacy not being provided. Someone could peek underneath from the outside. 5. There were very noisy neighbours for two of the rooms that we booked. 6. In winter, they should have additional blankets already included in the rooms. On a positive note, the manager had reached out to us prior to arrival to send us the location and full address, as well as enquire as to when we would like to check in. This was very much welcomed.
I will book this place again the next time I visit North West.

It is a relaxing and beautiful setting. Seamless check-in and friendly staff. We loved our stay there, it is centrally located and has easy access to amenities. Definitely staying there again the next time we are in Mafikeng.
Everything was as described. No misleading photos. Owner himself is also on site which earns an extra point. Well done. Will use you again.
We were welcomed professionally. The gentlemen showed us our room. Helped with directions to get around Mafikeng. The rest of the staff was also friendly and professional (security and cleaners). Our room was spotless, the bedding was super clean and the bed was super comfortable. The room was cleaned every day we were there. The location is close to shops, safe and quiet. Even driving at night was not a problem. The generator kicked in during load shedding. Will definitely book here again when visiting MFK again. The Wi-Fi was not working but that was not an issue.
Friendly and welcoming host and staff. Facilities very modern and trendy. Green garden and outside space for nature lovers. Safe area and central location. We recommend this accommodation to everyone.

Farhaan is incredible. He was there to welcome and make sure all is well. Loadshedding is still a national crisis but he made sure in the evening his generator would be working should the need to charge devices and have the TV and lights on. I have my own personal few cosmetic tips I can throw but I'll chat with him next time I'm in town again. All in all a good investment and work-in-progress.

The residential units are very neat and well checked. The cleaners are also very helpful.
It was peaceful. I was able to binge watch Discovery ID to my satisfaction. The employees I briefly interacted with before check-in and after check-out, were friendly and pleasant. Loadshedding wasn't much of a damper during my stay except for the limited or unavailable network availability and low water pressure. It rained in the early hours of my final day at the guesthouse and I loved it. Fazal was a great help in sorting out the water issue I had on my morning of checking out.

If you are looking for the basics in business accommodation, then Rabi’s Guesthouse is the place. Friendly and very accommodating.
The generator makes a huge difference, allowing business travellers to continue with work during load-shedding. The lack of branding/advertising outside the guesthouse makes it a bit difficult to find.
At least we had electricity throughout our stay.
Rabi's very clean, wifi lags a bit but not a train smash.
The area was a huge shock. I would not recommend the town.
The place outside is so disgusting that no one can sleep there! Extremely weak and dirty! Guests who also slept there played music all night just outside our room and drank alcohol until 5 in the morning! People sleep in their vehicles! Extremely unsafe! Rooms are neat, but that's about it! Would not recommend this place to anyone!
