The unit was clean and everything mentioned is all correct.
It feels like I will never have enough words to be able to describe/sing the beauty and the fun. Whale Loft 3 was the most equipped, best vacation place we have ever stayed at. It really felt like we were at home. Provision has been made for literally everything one might need. From clothespins to the water bowls for the dogs. This is a terrifically beautiful place to live that is clearly very well maintained. The open! We are already planning our next getaway and should Whale Loft 3 not be available, I will adjust the dates until it is available!
The unit was very clean, stylish and very well equipped. The location is very good with a beautiful sea view. A bonus is that the unit is pet friendly with even an opening in the security gate where the puppies could go out into the safe enclosed area. Definitely a unit I would stay at again.
A beautifully furnished and very clean unit with lovely ocean views from almost every room. Clean towels and bedding provided. Great bath tub! Short drive to the beach and shops. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend.
Would have loved it more if we had walking access to beach and an open balcony looking at ocean but loved it all was fantastic, service was excellent.
Everything was perfect even though we couldn't be on the beach. Mandy and staff are hands-on. Everything was clean and tidy, in working order - even the people in the complex were all friendly. I would definitely recommend it to anyone and Whale Loft will see us again for sure!
It was wonderful to walk into a neat and clean place to stay, where everything is pleasing to the eye. Nothing was missing and everything was ready to go. We really enjoyed the visit and would definitely be able to recommend Whale Loft.

Was a little disappointed that the 1 room window is not working and it doesn't look like it will be fixed as a typed note is stuck on the window and it is even typed in the guest book that is on the coffee table. Would think it could/should be fixed.

Everything you need close to you.
It gives you a holiday feeling. Will recommend an air-con and maybe a bigger TV. Other wise there are no complaints. Maybe just washing facilities for clothes because there aren't any places.
Value for money but not recommended for older people who have to climb stairs unless a lift is fitted. Customers of other units should be advised of the specific parking space for each unit, as some customers use others' parking spaces and then lock you up. Furthermore, it was nice to wake up and go to sleep with the sound of the sea every day. I would definitely recommend the unit to those interested in staying overnight.

The breakage deposit will be refunded within 7 working days of your departure, provided the unit is left in the same condition as upon arrival and that all is in order.Please report any discrepancies or damages in the unit to our office within 12 working hours.
The unit is strictly non-smoking and guests are required to smoke outside. Failure to comply could result in the forfeiture of your deposit in order to steam clean curtains, carpets and furniture.
Should we find that there are more guests staying in the unit than what we quoted on or that the number exceeds the total allowed capacity, your deposit will be forfeited.
This unit is pet friendly, but permission must still be obtained.
Please further be advised that this unit has a TV with full DStv package, so it is not necessary to bring your own with.
Please bring with beach towels. All bed linen is provided.
A complimentary toilet paper and guest soap is provided, but because this unit is self-catering this must be replenished at your own cost. Please also remember to bring with dishwashing liquid and other cleaning materials you may want to use.
Cleaning services can be arranged for you between 8h30 to 14h30, excluding week-ends and public holidays. This must please be booked through our office at least 48 hours in advance and must be paid to us upfront and not directly to the cleaner. Please also note that this service is subject to availability of resources, especially during peak seasons.
