House rules

A breakage deposit is required per booking, which will be refunded within 7 working days of the guest's departure, provided the unit is left in the same condition as upon arrival and that all is in order.
Please report any discrepancies or damages in the unit to our office within 12 working hours.
The unit is strictly non-smoking, and guests are required to smoke outside. Failure to comply could result in the forfeiture of their deposit in order to steam clean curtains, carpets, and furniture.
Should there be more guests staying in the unit than what was quoted, or if the number exceeds the total allowed capacity, the deposit will be forfeited.
Small pets are allowed with permission.
A TV with a DStv connection is available, but guests are required to bring their own decoder and smartcard.
Complimentary toilet paper and guest soap are provided, but because this unit is self-catering, these must be replenished at the guests' expense. Also, guests should remember to bring dishwashing liquid and other cleaning materials they may want to use.
Cleaning services can be arranged for guests between 8:30 and 14:30, excluding weekends and public holidays. This must, please, be booked through the office at least 48 hours in advance and must be paid upfront to the agency and not directly to the cleaner. Please also note that this service is subject to the availability of resources, especially during peak seasons.
