Had a great time, mummy and daddy are 73 years old and don't walk well, sometimes need a wheelchair or walking frame and with only one step it was easy for her and my dad.
We booked a holiday on the spur of the moment for us and our children and our friends with their children. Rayvin was some of the best places available. Because all the places were already full, we were skeptical about the place, especially for the price we got it for. Wow! Have we been proven wrong. From the moment you drive into the complex you can see that it is safe and very well looked after. Apartment was clean and so big and has a lot of space. We were two couples with children and never felt like we were under each other's feet. The apartment is super well stocked, with everything you could need on holiday. Will definitely go back there again.

The apartment is bigger and nicer than it looks in the photos. Very neat and fully equipped. Ramsgate main beach is only a 5 minute walk, just around the corner! We and our dog had a very nice holiday and would go back anytime.
Family of 4, including a teenager and small child with our litter of Chihuahuas once again experienced an unforgettable vacation at Rayvin 12! We would go back anytime and advise anyone who wants to take their puppies along to check in there.
Can honestly say it was very clean, well equipt, everything you need. We enjoyed it with our children so much, would def go again.
Will definitely vacation there again soon.
The garden was beautiful and the view from the balcony was excellent.
Was very satisfied. Crockery was of high quality. I would've liked a top sheet on the bed. Ceiling fan didn't work.
Wonderful venue, neat and modern. Safe parking and well maintained gardens. Huge patio and limited sea view. Walking distance to both Ramsgate main beach and Ski Boat beach. Peaceful environment and the complex is tidy. Access to key pick and drop off close and well organised. Full DStv in both sitting room and main bedroom. All utilities are modern and well maintained. Will definitely use the venue again.
We had a very nice stay although there are small things that we would prefer otherwise. The one street that comes in to the complex and down to the main beach is slightly undesirable, but the complex's security makes one feel safe. The front door's lock was loose and it was difficult to open and close the door, as a result we just didn't lock the door anymore, only the security gate. The unit has a very nice porch and the fact that we could take our Chihuahuas with us, a bonus! We would love to stay there again!
We had a very nice stay. I will recommend it to anyone. Nice accommodation. Well equipped. We had everything that was needed. Very peaceful. Can't wait for our next visit.
A neat, cute place. So convenient and close to all the other shops, a good restaurant and hangout on the corner, and a 5 minute walk and you're on the beach. Everyone enjoyed it so much, and so did our 4-legged children. We will definitely visit again soon.
We had an incredibly nice stay. The place is well located and was very clean and tidy with every detail you can think of. The big bonus was that we had a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Would definitely recommend the place to anyone!
It was a lovely place to stay. It had a great view facing the ocean. There were a variety of restaurants surrounding the area making it a convenient place to stay. The house came equipped with everything for a convenient stay including DSTV.
I stayed with hubby, toddler and mother-in-law. Excellent location to the the beach. Lovely complex. They have everything you need in the unit. Very clean.
It is closely located to the beach and everything you need is there, even a mashing machine and a tumble dryer.
Very nice place to stay and close to the beach and places to eat. Very safe and convenient. I would only advise people to take something with them for ants. Unfortunately, the ants are everywhere and get into everything. Also very nice.
Thank you for letting me bring Roy my dachshund with me! A plus point is a Take-away deli just across the road with super nice food!

Rayvin 12 is well located close to beach, entertainment and main road, neat, safe and has all the facilities you need for a seaside holiday.
We arrived in Ramsgate to be told we had to stay somewhere else for a night as they made a mistake and someone else was in the unit. The other accommodation we stayed at (Shemara) is under construction so the noise level was terrible. The lounge light and first bedroom lights weren't working as well as the water went from hot to cold in a second so an even temperature shower or bath was not to be. The sheer curtains kept falling down in the bedrooms and the shower door didn't close properly. I would NOT recommend staying at Shemara 2. Once we moved over to Rayvin 12, our holiday got a whole lot better. Very clean, secure and nicely decorated. A lovely complex, friendly neighbors, plenty of parking and a short walk from the main beach. I would highly recommend Rayvin 12. Great value for money.
