The Hobbit Annex is ideal for short stays and is able to accommodate 2 adults and 1 child. The bedroom has a double bed and a daybed is available for a child. The bedroom leads onto a bathroom that has a shower and toilet. Linen, electric blankets and towels are included. A small kitchenette is available with fridge and microwave. Tea and coffee included.
The unit also has access to a living area that has a TV with a full selection of DStv channels. The living room also has an anthracite heater, daybed, Wi-Fi and a dining room table, microwave and fridge. Guests have access to a verandah on the back of the cottage as well. Braai facilities are also available.
The Hobbit Annex is conveniently situated close to pubs and eating facilities. A light breakfast is offered to guests on request in the living area from 07:00 to 09:00.
The front and back verandahs have garden benches for those who would like to relax with a cup of coffee and enjoy the surrounding views.
The house is serviced by the housekeeper. She is responsible for cleaning the Annex and making the beds.

The facility is small but comfortable with good quality linen.
We will definitely recommend it. They have everything that you need and Judy goes to a lot of trouble to make you feel welcome in Rhodes! When we arrived Adelaide already had the fires going. A big thanks again.
