This stylish air-conditioned apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 guests at a time and comprises 2 en-suite bedrooms. The spacious main suite is furnished with a queen-size bed and has its own lounge space and work desk. A bath, shower, double vanity and toilet are available in the main en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed and an en-suite shower. Quality linen, bath towels and soaps are provided.
The open-plan living area occupies the top level and features a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove with a grill, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a dishwasher. Leading from the kitchen is a dining table with ample seating for everyone to enjoy their meals together. The lounge space has comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV with DStv and plenty of books for guests to read. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available.
This space has a beautiful view of the city during the day and the city lights in the evening create a breathtaking backdrop for intimate dinners. Guests are afforded secure parking in a double garage which links to a private laundry room. On the rooftop, guests can take a dip in the pool or relax on the sun loungers while overlooking the city.

The extensive library of books added to a leisurely feel, and security is excellent. We will be going back again. And again.

Audley Gardens complex has a strict no noise or party policy. To ensure that our guests make the most of their getaway the complex has set timeframes when noise should cease
Our quiet times are:
• Sunday through Thursday from 22:00 pm to 6:00 am
• Friday through Saturday from 22:00 pm to 8:00 am
CHECK-IN
Normal checking in times are between 14:00pm and 16:00pm on the day of your booking. We ask that you please confirm the time you will be arriving as we are not based on site.
If you are arriving a little later, late check-in times can be arranged but will require prior arrangement.
CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES
Check-out is prior to 10.00am on your day of departure; we ask that you be courteous as to allow our lovely cleaning staff enough time to prepare for the next guest.
SECURITY
Audley Gardens is a secure complex in a 24 hour security access controlled block. Please do not give access to any unknown persons that may ring your apartment. If in the event you have lost your access key or remote to the apartment, please do not ring the other tenants in the complex for access as they are under strict instructions not to let in any unknown persons, please contact your host for access help.
PARKING
Parking space is limited to maximum of Two (2) vehicles. Please do not exceed the maximum number of cars allowed for this unit. Motor homes, large trailers or commercial vehicles cannot be accommodated as the drive way is not wide enough.
RESPECT YOUR NEIGHBOURS
As the apartment is located within a tranquil environment, we ask that you, your family and your guests respect your neighbours – the apartment is based within a residential environment, please treat your neighbours with the same respect you would like to be treated.
CHILDREN
We love children, but the apartment is not a child-safe environment, the apartment is geared towards being a predominantly adult-oriented accommodation for those wishing for a quiet and/or romantic retreat.
NO PETS ALLOWED
Pets are not allowed in the Audley Gardens Complex as per the body corporate regulations.
DAMAGE / ACCIDENTS TO PROPERTY
Guest/Guests must agree to notify the owner of any damage to property that occurred during their stay. ALL DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED PRIOR TO CHECK-OUT.
NO SMOKING POLICY
Whilst we don't allow smoking in the apartment, guest are most welcome to smoke on the deck upstairs or on the patio off the main bedroom.
ANY ILLEGAL ACTIVITY on site will result in the immediate termination of the guests stay at the apartment.
