The campsites are grass-covered sites, some with shade, which overlook the river and have a view towards the valley as well. Each site has a braai area.
Campers have shared use of a communal ablution block with showers, toilets and washbasins.
While swimming is not allowed at the weir at the campsite or in the reservoir, there is a rock pool for swimming about a 5-minute walk on the trail. Campers can feel free to roam, jog, cycle around on the farm. There is a trail passing the swimming rock pool which is less used, but will take you to a San rock art site, and more pools.

8 guests' feedbackOur stay started off a bit rocky due to car problems; however, the owner of the campsite came to our rescue as he sent his crew to assist us, which was highly appreciated. The campsite was very clean and beautiful; the showers and toilets were always kept clean. Our plot we stayed at was campsite 6 and was very spacious and well accommodated. There was a tap for our convenience and 2 power points. There was also a park for the kids to keep them occupied once we returned from the spectacular rock pools. I would highly recommend this campsite to all family and friends as you will not be disappointed. I would just like to thank the owner and his crew for their hospitality; it was over the top.
Very nice camping. Everything is clean and tidy. The most beautiful rock pools are a quick walk away and a climbing frame for the children.
Highly recommend. Quiet farm atmosphere in a beautiful location. Friendly, hospitable reception. Ablution very neat. Fairly easy walking path along the river.
Very nice to walk up nice rock pools just check for baboons and snakes.
Everything you need. Value for money. Clean, comfortable. Will definitely recommend. Children played and enjoyed nature. Lots of grass and well maintained. Owner was happy to help when we forgot our braai grill. Power and water at each pitch. Cool trees. Sleep peacefully with the river beside you. Will definitely go again soon.
Clean, safe and quiet.
The river and the swimming pool were a pleasant surprise.
Water ran out due to of flushing toilets that didn't stop running! Had to request 2 times to get water!
