3 guests' feedbackUpon arrival our room was not ready. There were still some visitors in the room. This was with upfront discussion to check in at 13:00. Another room was given to us that was not cleaned. There was no microwave, kettle, cutlery, etc. This was only provided on our return from the function. Although the host tried to assist, it was not good enough. We were very disappointed in the accommodation. Our family stayed over at another guest house, which was totally opposite.
We booked for 5 people but one of us had to sleep on the ground on a blanket because there were not enough provisions. They couldn't even arrange a mattress for the fifth person, even if they promised the 15th. The receptionist can barely speak English, the boss of the place talked down on us numerous times while talking to his staff on the phone about our fifth person issue and spoke so loudly that I could hear what he was saying even though the phone not on speaker. Also heard the place is rented out by the hour, which is absolutely disgusting. Stay away and I suggest the website remove this place.
We were in a room with 3 double beds. Only 2 beds had pillows (luckily we had our own pillows) and headboards and there were only 2 blankets. No duvets or towels. There is also not even a kettle or coffee facilities at all. No braai facilities. That would be quite a plus. No lace curtains in front of the windows. Curtains are pinned in the middle with a pinch. Bathroom is down the hall, and is shared with other residents. Other guests listened to their music loud from their cars at our bedroom window until the morning hours. We didn't feel very safe. Rating: 1/10. Don't think the place belongs on a website.
