We were very kindly received by Ria. The stone house was very neat and fully equipped. In the afternoon, Gerhardt, the owner, fed the game. Nice Kudus, Njala's and Rooibos seen. Warthogs also visited throughout the day. Nice walk on the farm and really experienced the peace and quiet that we were looking for. Will definitely go back again. Places were clean and comfortable.
This is one of those places you don't want to tell others about because you're afraid it won't be available again if you want to go back. Ria and Gerhard are top notch as hostesses and we will certainly go back again. Everything was as the marketing material said and even more than expected.
We attended a wedding on the neighboring farm and had a great time. We stayed in Papierbas and the owners went out of their way to let us check in earlier and make us feel at home.

Cute little house in the woods with its own barbecue area! Ria welcomed us kindly and her hospitality was superb. The freshly baked bun on the table on Saturday morning was a real surprise. Thanks for a nice weekend!
The chalets are clean and neat, and we received a friendly reception from Ria. We were the only guests at the 3 chalets so had a wonderful, quiet evening. The chalets are a little close together which might be problematic on busy weekends. The chalets are also a bit small for any stay longer than 1 night, but it is a great stop-over and the rooms are neat and clean. There are a lot of stairs to reach the chalets that are not mentioned, which might be problematic for elderly or disabled guests.

Everything one needs. Even coffee, tea, sugar and biscuits! Didn't have time to grill, but there was plenty of wood and even fire starters too. Very tidy and will stay there again if we need to stay in the area again. Ria is very friendly and helpful, she even helped carry luggage!

We were received very hospitably. The house is beautiful. Fully equipped with plenty of coffee, tea, milk, sugar and braai wood included. The environment is beautiful. All that was disturbing were the dogs that slept on our front porch and started barking early in the morning. However, we would recommend the place to others.

Everyone from the owners to the workers are extremely friendly and helpful. The location is easily accessible, but out of the way enough for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The Boshuis has a spacious and private braai area, including a wood fire hot tub, to just sit, relax and watch the animals walk past the fence of the property. Highly recommended.

The staff of RusteVinde Gasteplaas were very friendly. They contacted us beforehand to make sure we knew what to expect when we got there as well as to send directions. They even informed us of the loadshedding schedule so that we wouldn't come back there at night and find a dark place. The rooms are beautiful and had everything we could need.
