49 guests' feedbackNot clean. Shower floor drain seemed like it was being repaired, but it was left not cleaned and drain cover was not replaced. Very dirty. The room was also not clean - there was a dead millipede on the floor and an ant hill/soil. Evidently the room was not cleaned prior to arrival.
I would go again, with friends this time.
A few small things wrong, mostly fixed soon, otherwise satisfactory.
Everything was neat and clean. Pillows were a bit hard, otherwise everything was sufficient for one night's sleep.
They must just add big bowls in the kitchen for salads or anything.

Unfortunately, it's a weekend getaway place for locals. Wasn't as restful as expected. The upkeep of the place is not good. Needs cleaning.
The place is dirty, unsanitary, dilapidated and should be closed. The slide at the swimming pool is dangerous, because sun damage - nothing was done about it. The wooden seat by our unit's board broke in 2 and fell on my grandson! There was a foul smell in our unit, holes were punched in one room door. No bottled water available on site. stay away

The accommodation facilities are very comfortable and clean with beautiful gardens and facilities. That steak they cooked for us was probably the best I have ever eaten. The staff were incredibly peaceful and helpful. I now have a place where I will spend the night every time I am in the area.

Rustiest is very conveniently situated if you want to visit Sun City. Disappointed with the cleanliness of the shower. There wasn’t sufficient cutlery or crockery in the kitchen. No opener, no peeler, no serving dishes. Microwave situated on top of the fridge, but plug could not reach the power point. Freezer needed defrosting as you couldn’t even open the baskets. A little disappointing.
Was very nice. Air conditioning runs well and warm water, so it is very comfortable and we had no problems.
Great time we had at Rusties Lodge, you just need to install bathroom doors in your chalets. Other than that, the kids also had a great time on your play area.
First impressions of the units are not good. Although we had a good stay, lots of improvement could take place.
Do not advertise your pool area together with the lodge accommodation. There were too many people and children. No place for us to sit. No place to swim. Water was dirty all the time. Workers walk through the lodge units, urinating there where we braai, not feeling very safe. Room was neat, thanks. Food was delicious and prices were reasonable.
The lodge needs to add new blankets and linen. The bed was really uncomfortable. The doors are damaged. The microwave is rusty inside and not working properly. I also had a problem with the noise from the bar. The place is nice, but it needs proper management.

Not value for money at all. Bathroom impersonal doesn't even have a door. Would not recommend or visit again at all.
We stayed in unit 4, the beds were very uncomfortable indented and noisy, the bedding was stained, curtains has cigarette burns, rat dropping in the pots, fridge full of dents, taps loose, would unfortunately not recommend.
The place is very fun for kids. Comfortable clean and friendly staff.
Improvements that need to be done regarding their rooms is they have to provide a bathroom door, air conditioning and do something about all of the insects.

Couldn’t sleep, lots of noise.
They must clean the microwave properly. Not working. So many things were not right.
Dirty toilet, no teaspoons, no plug for the bathroom washbasin and no braai facilities.
We couldn't really use the parking facilities, due to the day visitors and really dint sleep much on the third evening (Friday) because of the noise. The previous 2 nights was peaceful. We booked for the Saturday night (31/12/2016) but decided to rather go home the Saturday - weren't up for new years eve there.
Reception is disorganised, I paid online a week in advance but there was no records of me at reception. I am waiting longer for them to resolve that, and they just ended up giving me a room that was available, as if it was then that I was booking.
Other guests really made na noise. Shower didn't work well.
When we got there on Friday our house (room 03) smelled like it's a blocked sewerage but they didn't bother offering us another place. We had to go and complain that we can't stay in a place like that and they started working on the drain that night while we waited. After we have complained they offered us a flat which sleeps only 2 people and we were 4 but they didn't offer us a discount as we had paid more than what the flat is worth. We only got in the house after 10 pm after they were done with the blocked drain. The lady was not even friendly to give us an update what was going on. The house was big and spacious but not clean, dusty. I don't understand why they have the pool on the pictures as they always have private parties booked and we not allowed to use it but paid to be there. Poor service all the way.
Although I didn't stay there myself, my staff were very happy.
We were kindly received and made to feel welcome by the staff. Our complaints were sorted out immediately. We stayed peacefully in a safe environment. The accommodation was clean and well equipped with the essentials to feel at home away from home. The resort may be a bit far from the business area, but has made it a peaceful place with minimum noise. We had a great stay and will definitely stay there again and also recommend it to family and friends.
Please install air conditioner in the house, because at night the rooms are quite hot, and one might get heatstroke.
Nice place for an overnight stay, but next to the highway, so very noisy. There is also a bar nearby with loud music until late at night. The self-catering facilities not sufficient - there are no wine glasses, pair of tongs, tupperware, sharp knives, etc.
It's quiet, safe and clean and well equipped. I will definitely stay here again in the future. Constructive criticism: Air conditioning is something to think about - it was damn hot! We encountered some creepy bugs.

It was a wonderful place to stay ... and if you are late for check in they wait for you.
There were no lights for the whole weekend and I couldn't make my 6 month old baby's bottles. Worst of all; it was raining when we arrived and the floor got dirty and the fridge was leaking water. In the morning it was wet, but their cleaner knocked to say she is going to clean she didn't evenmake up the beds or clean at all. She never touched our room.
