Accommodation was literally only for adults, no place to sleep for kids, 1 section's toilets smelt bad, mats were dirty, drain in basin clogged with dirt, fridges ice buckets were filthy filled with water and old food, "self catering" only 2 side plates and 1 saucer for 6 people to eat out of, under the beds wasn't cleaned, packets in the drawers, only 2 pans, limited utensils as well, not even a dishing spoon or spatula. Bathroom even had wash sponges hanging. Unsatisfied accommodation, more a place for a backpacker, not for a family vacation.

When I made the reservation and paid in full, my "Confirmation" I received read that we are in the Adam & Eve room. I looked at pictures on the website and everything looked very good. When we got there at Saldanha Heights there was another couple in our unit and the owner put us in another unit that wasn't even ready for guests yet. We accepted it because already paid. He told us the TV was not working and the "remote" was gone but would come and install the antenna the next day (still waiting and we were there 5 days). The place was not clean at all and in the 5 days we were there, the bedding or towels were not changed once (went to buy my own). We asked about the parking in the garage and were told when the other couple went out we could get the parking. When we wanted to move our vehicle, Ford Ranger, there was not enough space as the garage was terribly cluttered. My husband and I sorted it out ourselves to at least get our vehicle in somehow. The 5 days cost us an arm and a leg as I had to go and buy my own linen, towels and toilet paper. The view was beautiful and that's all positive I can unfortunately say.
Wonderful place to stay. Johan received us and from the beginning we got the feeling that he was a friend.
