The second bedroom, located on the ground floor, contains a queen-size bedroom and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The third and fourth bedrooms are on the lower level and contain 2 single beds and a single bed with a bunk bed, respectively. These rooms share a separate bathroom fitted with a shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The living area features a dining table, a comfy lounge suite, a TV with selected DStv channels, and air-conditioning. It opens onto a covered deck with a dining table overlooking the pond. There is also a second deck overlooking the pond, from which guests can spot wildlife.
The estate offers a hotel with a spa as well as a restaurant, an 18-hole golf course, a bowling green, tennis courts, squash courts, 2 swimming pools, a lagoon with paddle boats, birding trails, a mountain bike trail, and direct access to a beach with lifeguards.
One covered parking space is provided, while additional vehicles must park at the hotel parking bays or at nearby open parking bays allocated in the estate. The property has a JoJo Tank that provides a reliable source of backup water supply.

2 guests' feedbackThe fact that the WiFi was not on was quite disappointing. Other than that, all good.
House was clean and we had a nice holiday. A few things did bother me, like the fact that wifi was mentioned but there was no password anywhere in the house, the password that was given to us later didn't work either. Cutlery was too few in kitchen.

House rules
In line with the rules of the estate, this property can only accommodate 8 people.An entrance fee for 2 vehicles is included in the rate, however, any extra vehicles will be charged an additional cost per vehicle.
Armbands for beach entry are available at an additional cost per person.
Linen is provided and only replaced for stays of longer than 5 days.
Bath towels are provided and replaced every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Guests need to bring along their own beach towels.
Additional linen and towel changes can be arranged at an extra fee.
No smoking is allowed in the unit.
The villa is not suitable for pets.
During low season, a basic cleaning service is provided on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. If guests require any extra cleaning, this can be provided by arrangement and at an additional cost.
During the mid- or high seasons, a cleaning service is provided daily except for Sundays or public holidays.
By booking this unit, guests accept the terms and conditions as well as the house rules of the estate that will be visited.
Guests may not sublet this property.
The estate does not allow motorcycles unless prior arrangements have been made directly with the estate.
No payments can be made at the estate and should be settled before arrival; during December and January, the bookings should be paid 1 month prior to arrival.
An admin fee may be applied for refunds of any cancellations.
Please note that beaches are influenced by weekly tests to determine if they can be opened for swimming.
