13 guests' feedbackAmazing! The villa had everything we could need, and it was so peaceful there. The staff were super friendly. We were spoilt to a special dessert one evening for our anniversary dinner at the hotel. We'll definitely be back!
Yes, we really enjoyed it. Suggestion: the double bed mattress "collapses" when you lie on it. I suspect it will need to be replaced.
The unit was clean and exactly what we expected. Staff are friendly and absolutely safe. The only problem was that the WiFi did not work.
It was was much more than we expected. Definitely worth the expense.

The location is great. Place is quiet and safe. We will visit there again.
This was our first stay at San Lameer and Apartment 2513 was the perfect place for us to relax and come home to. It had every necessity and is situated within walking distance of the beach. We had a great time and would book here again.
The fridge is faulty and made noise throughout. And then there was load shedding which we accept is not the fault of the owner. No champagne glasses (not critical but important). The optional bunk bed made the room crampy.
We had a barbecue two nights, an empty bowl or two and a meat bowl would have been very welcome. There have been few such type of bowls available. No oven.
It was an incredibly fun visit. Will never vacation anywhere else on the South Coast again. Felt safe and unit was serviced every day, was neat and clean. Would recommend it to everyone.
Had a lovely stay. Villa 2513 is well equipped. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The unit can accommodate 3 persons, but the 3rd person must be below the age of six years, as per estate rules.The Villa has uncapped wifi inside the apartment.

Entrance fees for 2 vehicles are included in the price.
Any additional vehicles will be charged at R100 per vehicle.
Linen is provided and only replaced for stays of longer than five days.
Bath towels are provided and replaced every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Additional linen and towel changes can be arranged at an extra fee.

Guests need to bring along their own beach towels.
HOUSEKEEPING:
Low Season: The villa is serviced on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
School holidays, Long weekends and Mid-season: Daily services, except Sundays, public holidays.
All December and January bookings should be paid one month before arrival.
No payments can be made at the estate and should be settled before arrival.
ESTATE HOUSE RULES
By booking this unit, our guest accepts the term & conditions as well as the house rules of the estate that will be visited.
Motorcycles are not allowed on the estate and prior arrangement has to be made to park the motorcycles in the estate.
CANCELLATIONS:
Should we be able to source another booking, we will gladly refund the full amount, less the admin fee.
South Africa is experiencing consistent load-shedding affecting all areas, including the South Coast. In the past, San Lameer has had occasions whereby the Eskom breakers in Marina Beach tripped and left the estate without power for a day. We are not able to predict these events and this is out of our control. Please come prepared. Beaches are influenced by weekly tests to determine if it is safe to swim or not and we can not guarantee that the beach will be open for swimming. The UGU Municipality does have seasonal problems with water supply in the South Coast, which might influence your stay. Although San Lameer has boreholes and reserve tanks, they are still reliant on the supply of the municipality. It is very important to note that we can't control or predict their water supply but will notify our guests should there be an expected problem. We can unfortunately not provide refunds on these instances, and advise guests to take the matter up with the related supplier of the service, or alternatively do not book the unit.
