The house has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. There is a flat-screen TV with a full DStv package, DVD player with movie and CD library and music system with CD and iPod docking station. There is a library of books available at the house for guests to read and an assortment of games. Wi-Fi is available.
The bedrooms consist of 1 bedroom upstairs with a king-size bed and full en-suite bathroom, 2 downstairs bedrooms, 1 with a queen-sized bed and en-suite toilet and shower, and the other with twin three-quarter beds and adjacent toilet and bath. We supply all linen and towels but do ask guests to bring beach towels.
There are 2 covered areas downstairs, the beachside with built-in braai facilities. Upstairs has an uncovered patio with views along the beach as far as the eye can see, also wonderful for star gazing. You can walk, run and cycle along the beach as the tide goes out leaving wonderful hard sand.

The most amazing location. The house is very well equipped. Absolutely fantastic. Will definitely go back.
Lovely walk along the sea on a nice clean beach. Experience the most beautiful sunrise and sunset while enjoying the comfortable house and porch. We also often barbecued on the porch, even if it was a bit windy. Rooms also comfortable and beautiful sea view from every room. Will definitely go back again. Food for the soul.
Rusty braai facilities. Dirty floor inside, after 10 minutes of walking barefoot our feet were dirty. Old facilities. The cleanliness and antiquity of the place was immediately apparent. There was everything you want, but it was noticeably neglected. The water pressure above was low. The shower did not drain quickly. The sink in the upstairs bedroom has a faucet spout that sits absolutely on the edge of the sink making it unusable.
Great for surfing, beach walking and exploring the West Coast.
The kids love the house and all extras the house has like games, etc. and especially that it's just on the beach.

I think that it would be better if it was serviced, even if it was every second day. Upstairs bedroom needs a new duvet cover. There was pilling on the cotton which made it uncomfortable.
I don't think one could live anywhere else in Dwarskersbos. We will be back for sure. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Wonderful place.
Being able to see, smell and hear the sea all the time was good for my soul.
This was our fourth time in the Sanderling Beach House and each time it was another exceptional experience.
Stunning view! Amazing beach! Easy access to shops and surrounding areas. Have all you need for a great holiday. Owners require house to be cleaned before departure.
Perfect place, exactly as advertised.
Was a great stay, only issues is that it was not disability friendly (toilet, bath & shower, chairs). Also staircase easy for child to fall off as the bannister has a great open space. A great holiday.

Excellent location on the beach with a nice patio. Well-equipped kitchen, teacups and hand soap at sinks will be welcome. Very relaxing.
Wonderful accommodation. The house is fully equipped with everything you need, stunning view and the tranquility of the area reaches right into your soul.
The house is lovely, had everything we could possibly need, except a large bowl, for beating eggs etc. Also would have liked more shelf space in bathroom for toiletries etc. And more hooks for hanging up clothes in bedrooms. The bath is slippery (dangerous for old people) and needs, some of those stick-on, non-slip thingys, a pkt. of these, are on sale at The Crazy Store, Meadowridge. Had a problem one day, with DStv reception and didn't know who to call or what to do, but came right eventually. The sleeper couch was an added bonus and could sleep an extra 2 people. The books and games, were a nice surprise. Couldn't sleep late, as the light extremely bright here, sun rose early and the bedroom curtains, need block-out lining.
The house is nice and spacious and the kitchen is very well equipped! The children were able to occupy themselves well with the available games. The beach is perfect for walking and picking up shells was a feast. And the view was amazing, especially at sunset. We will definitely visit Sandeling Beach House again.
