1 guests' feedbackSecond time we visited Sara's Apartment and as was the case the first time, a very well-appointed and designed apartment, with everything you need for a holiday away from home. I was impressed after a long road trip to be able to do a little bit of washing using the apartment's washing machine. I wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy the lovely patio, with its great views and lots of birds to see from the natural areas and lagoon next to the estate.

No smoking, no pets. Treat this home like it's your own.Please do not hang any washing on the front patio.
Please note that the complex is a quiet zone.
Please do not play music on the patios, or make any disturbance as sound travels. This includes the corridors, stairways and walkways inside. 22:00 to 06:00 is a quiet time and no noise should be made. The complex management may levy a fine for noise disturbance of R 1000.
Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
The patio awnings are only to be used when there is a light breeze. If the wind increases or you are going to leave the apartment, please wind the awning back and do not leave it extended as it will be damaged.
The frameless sliding doors are to be open and moved slowly and one panel at a time. Please use the stretch cord to secure them from banging in the wind when in the open position. Any questions, please ask before causing damage.
