Sardaville Bergvilla is a secluded mountain unit located on the Sardaville Game Ranch situated in the Drakensberg Mountain Range 30 km from Warden in the Free State. Sardaville Bergvilla is situated about 1 km from the main ranch and is ideal for a small family or a couple, who want a quick escape from the city and experience nature in its truest form. A good strong, high profile, all wheel drive or four wheel drive car is highly recommended.

This newly completed unit was built high up on the mountain slope, overlooking a small hillside dam, and can accommodate up to 4 people. The unit has been rounded off with a large deck with boma-styled bonfire pit offering endless views of the valley. The unit has a truly romantic feel with yet again a large indoor fireplace. The villa has been built with the environment in mind and is totally self-sufficient; built with materials sourced from the immediate vicinity, water supplied from the natural water spring and all lights running off solar power. Guests can enjoy various activities on-site as well, such as clay pigeon shooting, hiking, quad and mountain biking trails, darts, swimming in the dam, and game viewing, to name but a few. Sardaville is the home of the rare black wildebeest along with blesbuck, zebra, eland and springbok. Another rarity found on the farm is the white blesbuck that over the years seemed to flourish in the region. Hunter’s from beginners to experts can hone their skills by either hunting on foot, from strategically placed hunting hides or from the bakkie. Bow-and-arrow hunting is also allowed on the estate.
