It was one of the nicest vacation stays we've had in a long time. Everything was as advertised. It was all effortless. The environment is breathtaking. Of course I also like the fact that they sell food for the wildlife and prefer if you feed them. It was a special time. The house was incredibly clean for a dusty place and everything is in the house that is needed. We will go back for sure.
Amazing place and amazing host. Everything is exactly as in the pictures, which is always welcome. Animals visited every day, not even necessary to go to the Kruger next door. Kids absolutely loved it. One of the things that makes it special is that you don't have any neighbours on your doorstep, which can be a problem in other parts of Marloth. Spotless, well kitted-out and beautifully designed with quality finishings. Highly recommended.
Serendipity was definitely the place we were looking for. Very private and real woodland atmosphere. Lots of animals that come to visit. Will not look for another place again. Will definitely book again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the house is nice and cosy and child friendly as well. The kids enjoyed the animals. The only thing that was stipulated that wasn't offered was selected DSTV channels. There was no DSTV. Thanks.
Very neat and spacious with everything you need. I can definitely recommend it. Very good security system and I like that the unit is fenced to keep the big animals out when the kids are playing outside.

It was so fun! The house is practically laid out! The nicest hanging out area, whether under cover by the braai and swimming pool or by the boma. The air conditioning is always a plus point as well as the WiFi with the TV especially for the children. I think we had more animals at home than we saw in the zoo. Kudus, warthogs, guinea fowl, zebras, giraffes and many more. It was really something special. Every year we will return to Serendipity Kruger Lodge! Thank you for your hospitality!

Magda, the owner, kept in contact and was available for queries. The home was beautifully furnished and all accessories and utensils were immaculate. A well-designed haven for the bush. We heartily recommend it.
It's the perfect weekend or holiday getaway. Wheelchair friendly. We could quietly enjoy the animals from the comfort of the cottage. We will definitely be checking in there again. The deposit was returned to us in a flash without any hiccups.
Our stay was wonderful, the house was tidy and every question about the environment was answered quickly. The location is perfect, on the main street of Marlothpark. The house is perfectly equipped, the pool is sparkling and the place to hang out around the table on the patio with a view of any animals (and there were many!) was lovely. We will for sure come and make our home here again. Our visit was too short.
What a fantastic place. Clean, incredibly beautiful view and so incredibly well furnished. We literally lacked nothing!
Excellent communication by and attendance to issues from sociable hosts. Pictures are an exact reflection of the property. The house was very clean and well maintained. The only facility lacking is back up power during load-shedding. This is no longer a luxury in SA, but a necessity. Really enjoyed the daily close interactions with kudu, zebra, warthog, impala, common duiker, birds and giraffe. A short and easy drive of 30 minutes to Kruger's Crocodile Bridge Gate.
If you want to have a good time with friends or family I recommend going to Serendipity. Nice swimming pool, living and braai area, feels like one's own home.

The house is strictly no smoking of any kind, no vapes, no e-cigarettes, no Hubbly Bubbly, and no cigarettes. The house is equipped with smoke sensors. Smoking is allowed outside, please make use of the ashtrays provided.No loud music and parties.
Please refrain from using towels for swimming. No cutting, picking up or breaking off, trees, or branches from the field, Marloth Park considers this a criminal offense and sees it as poaching. Please bring firewood or purchase it from the shops in and around Marloth Park.
No teasing or petting the animals they do come in for food, but they do stay wild animals. Serendipity Kruger Lodge and Marloth Park cannot take any responsibility for any injuries incurred while feeding any animals.
When you leave the house, even if it is just to go to the shop please make sure all windows, doors, and kitchen blinds are closed, and the alarm has been switched on.
