So conveniently located, we could sit on the balcony for hours and just look at the beautiful sea. The apartment is very neat and spacious. Will definitely visit again!

Really nice place close to everything you need, walking distance to the beach. Unfortunately, the unit does not have a washing machine or tumble dryer for the towels, so pack enough.

We had a wonderful stay and the location is something for the books. The apartment was tidy with everything you need. It's conveniently close to the tidal pool and beach with shopping centers not far from the apartment. Delicious restaurants are also close by and would recommend them for a great holiday.

The apartment had not been cleaned before we came. The cleaners come in without us being there. Wipe the chairs with domestos leave them wet and now our clothes are full of domestos.

"Perfect view, not so perfect unit."

The view is amazing. You are close to the beach, shops and restaurants but the unit itself is a big disappointment. There has been absolutely no maintenance done. The paint is peeling off the walls, the furniture is old, the couch in the TV room is falling apart, the cupboards in the room do not close properly, the blinds in the spare bedroom do not work, the carpets in the rooms are very grubby, the sliding door does not work properly, the key to gain access feels like it is going to break off in the door, the bedding is old and washed out. Also note, that the garage is so small that it is a mission to park your 4x4. Once you parked you cannot even close the door. The bathrooms have been upgraded but you look past this because of all the other problems. They also state there is Wi-Fi but this unit does not have any. If the owner will just do some maintenance he will have a gem on his hands.

This unit needs urgent attention. Compared to the 2 other units where we have gone home before, no. 14 stands out badly. The bathrooms have been neatly redone but the rest of the unit completely breaks it down. The front door needs to be replaced, the kitchen definitely needs an upgrade, the furniture is old, I laughed my ass off at how dirty the one chair and couch in the living room is, not to mention how uncomfortable the couch is. . The cupboards in the master bedroom look just as bad as the cupboards in the kitchen not to mention how the paint is peeling under the window bank. A piece of the plaster was also broken off on the side of the window sill. I honestly don't think the place is worth its price. The unit's good location does not make up for the condition the unit is in. All I can praise is the person who handles the rental. Thanks Boeta.

We had an awesome time and was impressed with the accommodation, the kitchen was a little small but a minor problem we will def recommend to other family and friends.

The first floor flat is perfectly situated for spectacular sea/beach views and access to the beach. The decor is on the old side. Bedroom curtains can do with modernising. The kitchen is useable with a nice big new fridge/freezer. The sliding door to the balcony needs fixing as it jumps off the rail. The bathrooms are modern and beautiful. We had issues with the remote (couldn't get out of the complex for a day) that we sorted out ourselves with the help of the garden man. The location is great with easy access to Ballito Junction and can highly recommend Hops Restaurant and Bar on Hawkins Road, Ballito.

Even though the place is not fancy - it was good enough for our family. We had a really nice stay. Sea is close enough.

Excellent location. Kitchen needs an upgrade. P.S. urgent and a proper cleaning. Windows and the whole villa need a good cleaning. Otherwise we had a very nice stay. The gate to the beach was a plus. There was always hot water. A fan in the second room would be recommended. The travel agent provided great service.

The unit was very old fashioned. The couches were very uncomfortable and the kitchen light took about 10 minutes to come on. The only thing we did like was the view of the sea that we had.

The interior of Shakas Rock Villa Flamenco 14 needs some attention, e.g. open power wires inside the closet, lights that don't work, toilet bowl falling off the wall, broken furniture, slow outflow of shower water, etc.

Good value for money, the sea view was great. Very safe and the sea is just outside the gate. Tidal pools are just down the beach.

"There are no towels available as per the booking form. The unit needs a very good cleaning and renewal of equipment and decor. The bathrooms are redone and acceptable, but the unit itself and equipment and bedding are poor and creepy. Also, there were no services on Saturday and Sunday."

Villa Flamenco no 14's location is excellent. The apartment has everything you need. The bathrooms are beautiful and new. The cleaners doesn't do a deep clean, which is much needed. The complex's stairs make it unsuitable for older people.
