Great place for peace and quiet. The view was spectacular. The host is very helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back for more time out at Simonsberg. Worth the money and time.

Excellent value for money. The host was very friendly and accommodating, and the apartment had an amazing view and was close to the beach. It was also very clean and well-maintained. I can highly recommend it.
Jane was very accommodating, readily available and helpful. The apartment was spotless with the most spectacular views and if safety is a priority for you as it is for me, you can't go wrong in booking a stay here. The only issue I had was that the signal was very poor (Vodacom - not certain if this is the case with other providers too) which I did not foresee, and as this was a working holiday, I had to spend a few nights away in order to complete tasks. But overall, if you are looking for peace and relaxation, I highly recommend this apartment.
The place was clean and tidy and has everything you need. Stairs didn't bother me at all. Our car was safe. Service was great and helpful. Had a great stay. Has a beautiful view of the sea, harbor and mountain. Will definitely go again. Highly recommend.

This is a very nice flat with breathtaking views. Very nice welcome and a quick check that everything was in place. It all was but a nice touch. Having a garage was an added bonus. Very close to all the amenities that we required. We walked all over and felt very safe. Sundowners looking over the sea to the mountains along from Gordon's Bay. Watching the yachts coming and going and following the racing.
Incredible view! Everything tidy - with everything a self-catering unit needs. Secure garage parking. Everything quite close. Be warned, there are a lot of stairs, but even an unfit person like me could manage them!

We had such a wonderful stay. The apartment is spacious, great for a couple, and has everything you would need for a self-catering place. The view is absolutely fantastic. There's safe, garage parking. Terry is just super. She's a wonderful host, very accommodating, helpful and friendly. It was great dealing with her. We dealt with Jane via email after booking. She's also wonderful to deal with, very friendly and helpful. These two really go out of their to ensure that you have a great stay. Will definitely go again and would recommend them to anyone!

It's safe, very neat and convenient and the view is fantastic! Lots of places to see and things to do in the area. Truly an exceptional experience.
The apartment is beautiful, all you need and a lock up garage. View from fourth floor just spectacular. Just a stone's throw from diving centre and Longbeach Mall is 3 km's drive. Close ot nice restaurant. Terry, the host, is kind.

Simonsberg is a stylishly decorated apartment with beautiful views over False Bay. The apartment is perfect for a weekend getaway close to the city and there is plenty to see, eat and do in the area. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a television set with a full DVD library. We rested wonderfully, played tourist in Simonstad and Kalkbaai and enjoyed the DVDs at night. There is also a Kwikspar conveniently located within a short drive from the apartment.

I enjoyed a week in this wonderful apartment and could not get over the amazing views over False Bay, Simonstown and the mountains surrounding it. The apartment has all the basic necessities and is very comfortable. I appreciated the games and DVD's available, facilitating a very lazy few days. It is also perfectly located to visit all the local attractions.
Me and my wife were so surprised with what we found! Reception very friendly and efficient, views of the ocean and Simonstown Harbour just stunning. We were impressed at the tidiness of the flat and the DVD library was a pleasant surprise.

The TV was a problem though. No catches. Luckily we took a radio with us. View was unbeatable. Stairs to 3rd floor may be problem for some tenants. Less rent maybe on 3rd floor. Garage was plus.
