The main bedroom has a sea view, an extra-length queen-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom. The second room also has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The third room has 2 single beds and has a bathroom across the hallway.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge, as well as tea-and-coffee-making facilities, and meals can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar. A dishwasher, a washing machine, a tumble-dryer, and Wi-Fi is available for use.
The living area is equipped with a TV with full DStv, and opens onto a stoep with lovely views of the beach and surrounds. An undercover braai area is available for use and is very private. A cleaning service available at an additional cost on request. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Modern house and well equipped.
The house is fantastically equipped and very comfortable. Beds are lovely. The view and prevailing sound of the sea was wonderful to experience. The internet facilities are basic but sufficient for Zoom meetings. Cell phone signal inside the house was not good.
The house was beautifully clean and tidy and also very well equipped. The space was fantastic with 3 teenagers each wanting to do their own thing. We could have a nice barbecue on the sheltered porch. We would happily recommend Sip A Way and will definitely stay there again.
We were 2 families, each with 3 children under 10, who stayed here for a long weekend. The house is very practically furnished and spacious. The facilities were clean and tidy. The outdoor barbecue and meeting area is sheltered and can be used even if the wind blows strongly or if it rains. There were even emergency lights that we could use during load shedding. Debbie was friendly and helpful. Good value for money.
