We had a wonderful stay in this house, which is in a prime location with a view of Kruger. We were lucky to see two leopards and lots of animals around. The house is clean, and the reservation went well. Everything was working well in the house, which seems to be well maintained. I had a great stay at South Post. It was very quiet and peaceful there (the main house was empty while I was there). Very nice braai area. Wonderful view into the Kruger from the veranda.

South Post at Kruger is probably one of the best located units in Marloth Park with a view of the river and where one can see the sunrise and sunset. Excellent view of the Kruger National Park. Saw many animals in Marloth as well as Kruger National Park from the porch.
The shower door closest to the sink runner needs repair. The toilet seat needs adjustment before it breaks. Pity that we first had a large group with 4 vehicles (sloping behind the cottage) who were not there for the nature and had to go and ask them to turn down their music. However, the noise did not stop there with all the partying. They weren't disabled or anything like that. It's just that we had trouble hearing the manatees above them. At 22:00 they fell silent.

This place has the perfect location for someone who wants to get away from the city grind. Most of the time one sees more animals from the stoep than entering the Kruger Park. The unit is clean, perfect size for 2 people and has everything one needs.
Would stay there again. The unit has a very nice view of the Wildtuin with the river. Several animals were seen from the porch in summer. The unit is very neat and well equipped. The owners are friendly and very helpful. Only the stairs to the unit may be a problem for older persons. The porch with gas grill is very comfortable. Unit is very tidy with air conditioning and ceiling fans in it.

It's a very nice place, direct view of Kruger from the porch with very frequent sightings. The place is well equipped with quality, beautiful things. The couple who run the place are lovely and very knowledgeable, really enjoyed them!

We stayed in the crocodile cottage at Seekoei 3222. The accommodation was well equipped with both a wall aircon and a movable aircon. The accommodation also had a gas stove and plenty kitchen appliances. The view from the cottage was lovely; overlooking the Crocodile River. The unit also had it's own private braai area. Management was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place for an enjoyable stay.

The cottage is perfectly located with the prettiest view over the river. Comfortable place, the shower's door can maybe be fixed to replace the curtain. Otherwise no complains. will make use of this place again.
It was the best gas shower we have ever had. The location of the cottage is perfect, the unobstructed view of the Crocodile River in the KNP. Bring your binoculars and be amazed at how much life there is in the woods.

Pleasant cottage in pleasant condition. Read in previous reports about mouldy shower curtain ─ still there. Install sealed shower door? Bath mat for shower and new towels for bathroom are recommended. One foot of bed broken off. Have reported to owner.
A great venue in a great location.
Location is absolutely superb. Cute place to stay but needs attention. Shower needs fixing. One of the 2 beds was very uneven. Plates were "chipped". Security gate in front of patio a must.
The accommodation is not child friendly. We were not aware of it and immediately attacked by the owner upon arrival. She was incompetent and made us feel unwelcome. We spent the first day without electricity and the air conditioning didn't work at all, and she just said there was nothing she could do about it. The gas was finished and we had no hot water (gas geyser).

Very friendly reception. Everything is neat and clean. Nice viewing deck over the Kruger Park en saw a lot of lions and other wild animals. There were various wild animals in Marloth Park. Saw 4 ground hornbills in the Kruger Park from Marloth. We had soft rain, it was windy and cold, but we enjoyed the stay and will go to Marloth Park again in the future.

Hippo 3222 exceeded our wildest expectations. One can't help but sometimes question reviews about accommodation, but we can't get rid of anything negative about Seakoei 3222 with all conviction and can only agree with all positive reviews. There was the unsolicited power outage, but that happens everywhere these days anyway. The cars that blocked our entrance because the lions were lying right in front of Sea Cow 3222 are not the owner's fault either, everyone just wanted to see the lions. It's the ideal place to recharge your batteries and we will definitely want to stay there again when we visit Marloth again.

The reception and stay were great, I will definitely go again.
We were welcomed by friendly and helpful staff. Seekoei was clean, tidy and cosy. The view from the house was amazing and we saw plenty animals in the Kruger from our house. At night we relaxed around the fire listening to the sounds of the animals inside the Kruger. It was rounded of with the lions roaring from a close by distance. We will definitely be back and recommend this lovely place.

Most wonderful self-catering chalet with direct view to the Crocodile River. Animals like giraffes, ostriches etc. in the garden early mornings. We loved every minute sitting on the veranda and watching elephants, antelope and warthogs coming to the water.
The best place for a getaway for 2 people. Wonderful view, silence and tranquillity that you need. The place is a gem in Marloth Park with Abel, the host and cleaner. Unfortunately it was uncomfortable the last day because the owner rented the place out while we were still there. It was sorted out but is wasn't pleasant.
We go to Marloth Park as often as we can. This time it was a very positive experience and our house's location could not be better. From the deck/porch one has a 180° view of the Crocodile River and the wildlife park and it was absolutely therapeutic for us to just sit there with a coffee and just relax 100%. Our hostess, Debbie, is a wonderful person and went out of her way to make us feel at home. The house has everything one needs and more. I will definitely visit Seekoei 3222 again if it is possible.

We were only there for a short time and literally just slept there. The Kruger National Park only takes a certain amount of people so it becomes very difficult to stay in Marloth Park and then enter as a day visitor, unless you literally wait 4 hours in the morning in front of the Kruger National Park gate. We had a really nice stay and it was a very cute place, we have nothing bad to say about the place. Abel welcomed us so nicely. Here are perhaps just a few suggestions that Hippo 3222 could look into if they would like to improve. The 2 single beds make a double bed. We suggest that the upper room can also be used as extra sleeping space for people, as there is an incredible view. The place could perhaps be made a bit more modern, to take out some of the extra stuff (less is more). There are pictures of people on the wall and bathroom door, also a picture above the stove. This is indeed personal for the owner but for a vacationer it is a bit strange. There might be a spare key with Abel if he wants to clean the place. As I say, we will refer people to this place. We will also go back to the place again as it is an incredibly cute place with a very nice view, these are just guidelines if the owner might want to improve the place. Thank you very much for being able to stay there at Seekoei 3222, even though we were only there for a short time, it was still worth the money, and we will go back again soon.
A detached "granny flat" with all necessary amenities and an unobstructed view across the Crocodile River into the KNP. Great animal sighting's from your veranda. Very friendly and attentive caretaker. Bedroom with two single beds has an air-con in. Separate bathroom with shower only. Gas stove and microwave in the kitchen area. Cramped shower cubical with water heated by gas geyser. Was difficult to control the shower water temperature - either scalding hot or cold. Bed mattresses were for me uncomfortable. Otherwise nice very quite place to stay. Serviced daily. DStv available. Cell phone reception (MTN) in the immediate vicinity was weak.

This cottage is well-appointed. Everything was neat and clean. Views were beautiful and it is lovely to sit beside the river and admire nature. The only problem was the shower. It is a corner shower that is very small and the curtain on the inside of the shower is annoying and clinging to you all the time due to limited space. Will definitely stay there again though the price is on the high side.
There is no plan if power is interrupted. I had to stay up all night because of power failure due to electrical device for sleep. Otherwise nice view, very comfortable place to stay, value for money.

This place is perfectly located to see all kinds of wildlife throughout the day. It is not even necessary to enter the Kruger Park. If you love the woods, you can't ask for better. We were received very kindly and every moment in this place was truly very pleasant and relaxing.

The South Post River House can accommodate 8 adults and 2 kids and comprises 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with a bath and/or shower. The upstairs loft room is open plan and en-suite and comprises a king bed and 2 single beds. The second bedroom is en-suite and has a king-size bed, the third bedroom has 2 single beds and the fourth bedroom has a king-size bed. Other amenities include a fully equipped kitchen and lounge, a boma with braai facilities, a patio, a shared swimming pool and a viewing deck with an incredible view overlooking Kruger and also a gas braai on the deck. The house is serviced daily.
