"The location of the apartment is perfect, but the apartment building and the apartment itself are not up to standard."

The couches in the living room have been moved and the upholstery needs cleaning. Furthermore, the apartment was very clean. In the kitchen there is enough crockery, but of different types. Can opener not working. We needed to charge our own power but had no idea how much to charge. The result is that we overcharged over the 100 units, which is now our loss. Master bedroom bedding: the duvet cover is hopelessly too big for the duvet. It would be nice if there is a bed mat in front of the bed. Bedside lamps do not work and the screens are weathered. There is no power plug visible in the master bedroom to plug in the lamps or a hairdryer. There were a total of only 5 hangers in the apartment to hang clothes on. In the second bathroom, all the (fittings) are still there from a shower that was over the bath, but the shower is no longer there. It's self-catering, but it's not fun to arrive and find the cheapest toilet paper on the market. This is the first thing I went to buy was better toilet paper. Most self-catering units provide basic cleaning supplies, such as a container with washing-up liquid, a bar of soap in the bathroom, etc. Here you have to provide everything yourself. Stella Maris is perfectly located, but the building itself is not up to standard. The hallway in front of our apartment was dirty. There were even ice cream sticks lying in the corner outside our apartment all week. The whole time we were there, the corridor was not cleaned. The windows in the corridor were so dirty that one could not see through them. They were busy working on the building, and there was drilling and cutting that was sometimes disturbing throughout the day. Even though Stella Maris is perfectly located with easy access to the main beach, it is sad that it is so dirty outside the goo. The sidewalks and the (walkway) are dirty, full of paper, chicken bones, and it's not a pleasure to go for a walk at all. Right outside the door of Stella Maris, we were already stopped on our arrival by a tramp begging. It's a shame to witness the total decay of the once beautiful environment.

Can only let guests know that they should bring two point wall plugs as everything inside the apartment works with them from the bedside lamps to the fans.

Shower floor is dangerously slippery. Would recommend that a non-slip mat or something similar be made available for guests.

The flat had a great view, we didn't closed the windows at night because it was humid and hot, the sea view was breathtaking, everyone was friendly and helpful, even the security staff was helpful at times when we didn't know how to get in or out of the covered parking. Will definitely make use of the flat again in the near future.
