My stay with my husband was breathtaking. We could take romantic walks and the host was exceptional.
I booked the house for our pastoral couple and viewed the place myself. We were very happy with everything. The feedback from them was just positive. Thank you once again, and the owner was very friendly and kind.

Well equipped, safe and comfortable unit that is centrally located.
The only downside was that it was not clean under the sleeper couch, but everything else was great.
The accommodation at Sunny South Views was neat, tidy and well kept. We found that the single cooking pot and frying pan were too small to cook with, especially since we had booked the accommodation for 4 people. There were no washing up sponges, only a disposable cloth that could be used a few times and then had to be thrown away by day 2 of 5. A few more tablets for the dishwasher would be welcome since there were no washing up materials. We suggest additional drying cloths and a type of blind on the door, as the automated staircase lights are very bright inside and disturbing to those using the lounge as a sleeping area. There is a gap between the wall and the sliding door to the bathroom, which takes away privacy. We suggest sharpening the kitchen knives and including coffee and sugar containers.
It's a cute place to stay if you're going to be out all day. Has everything you would need. It was nice to have a bath for the little ones. Staying with kids for a long time and if you're going to be home most of the time, I'd say go for something bigger. Owner was very helpful.

The little apartment was beautifully furnished, simple yet comfortable. The owner was very helpful and accommodated us even if we only got there in the dark of night. I was able to make EFT payment on arrival. He also gave us advice on the services that were available to us over the weekend in terms of services etc. The car was in a secure garage and with an electronic gate. The environment very safe and beautiful, with shops very close. Was a lovely weekend because our accommodation was sorted without any issues.
Excellent apartments with great view.
It was a pleasure to stay at Sunny South Views. It was near all the restaurants and Bayside Mall. Blouberg Beach was also a few meters away. Everything you need was in the apartment. Will definitely be back.

Sunny South Views is very neat and a very nice apartment for any type of stay, just wish one could turn off the light by the stairs in the evening. The front door has a glass pane and makes the Lounge/sofa very bright, so it's distracting.
Could have just provided an extra fan for the bedroom.

The place is very tidy and is very well equipped. The kitchen's dishwasher was very nice to make the dishes less of a burden on holiday.

The apartment is clean and tidy and is a short distance from the beach and a variety of places to eat. It's also close to several shopping centers. The apartment is more suitable for 2 people than for 3.
Loadshedding is really bad in the area. Could not use the Wi-Fi, cook or really relax.
Shower is a bit neat, but performed its function. Wanted to watch the match between the Boks and All Blacks, but the channel was not available on DStv.
There was not such a comfortable welcome, which put us off a bit. More things we picked up from the stay. Vacationing at Sunny South Views wasn't such a bad idea. Customer service was minimal.

Loved the small personal touches that was added- bottles of water in the fridge, coffee pods to make a good cuppa, the folder that will make your stay more active with much needed info. A bit small for 4 people especially if they are on the older side.
A handle to be put up on the wall by the bath, difficult for older people to get out of the bath. Otherwise everything good especially the coffee and biscuits.
Blaauwberg-straat is very busy so you have noise for a large part of the evening. The shower is also very small and uncomfortable. The light by the stairs also bothers you at night. A blind at the door will help a lot. It was a plus to have an own garage.

Surprised that sleeps 4, 1 bedroom - expected 2! Shower is so small that you have to change your mind outside. Hek gave problems and then fell on my cousin's car - not impressed!

Whist being a small apartment, Sunny South Views has everything a traveller needs. The apartment was clean and well equipped and the lock up garage was a definite plus. It is centrally located and is the perfect place for travellers to use as a base for exploring the surrounding areas.

The accommodation has everything you need for two people. The place was clean and tidy and was exactly as advertised. It's also close to restaurants and shops. The shower and tub are small, but for the cheap price you pay, it doesn't matter. There are other luxuries that make up for it anyway such as WiFi, flat screen televisions with DStv, a Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher. Your car is also safe in a lock-up garage behind a car gate, both of which operate with remote controls. There is not really a view, but it is the ideal place if you are looking for cheap accommodation, which is well equipped and you plan to do activities in and around Cape Town. The furniture and equipment in the apartment are quite modern and well maintained. We will stay there again.

The place is beautiful and for you guys to improve is if one is staying longer than two or three days you need to put the Handy Andy for the bath and the toilet cleaner so that we can be able to clean on our own, as no one comes and cleans. Other than that the place is a friendly environment.

Apartment very spacious and well located close to shops. Shower far too small but the bath made it easier. In general very comfortable.
The steep steps as well as the sleeper couch for eldery ladies (70+) were a bit uncomfortable. Fortunately someone was available to carry our luggage upstairs. Single beds for single travelers would have been more comfortable. The host was very helpful in all respects. Something to consider, is to provide something to put one's suitcases on. It is nevertheless, an ideal overnight stay (or more) for a family of four. It is also an ideal location to explore Cape Town and the surrounding towns such as Muizenberg, Simon's Town, Cape Point, Groot Constantia, Kirstenbosch, Table Mountain, etc.

The furnishings and fittings are modern and of excellent quality. Secure parking and it is on a bus route with restaurants within walking distance. (Please check street address as there is no 35. I think it should be 33).
