Talk about carefree vacationing! The apartment is beautifully clean, comfortable and modern with a breathtaking view. The house bowl is a great asset, especially during load shedding. The security is friendly and helpful. The 3 entrances to the site are very convenient whether you want to go to Checkers quickly or go to the beach. We can recommend the unit with confidence.

A lovely apartment, with spectacular sea views, and the beach is just across the road. Close to other amenities. The building has back-up power for the lifts and one light in the apartment, during loadshedding. But take the stairs for a mini workout. Gorgeous cool pool in the complex, and large grassy area for kids to play and for braais.
The photos do not do this place justice. in a very good way. The flat is perfect, the view is perfect. The flat is on the 11th floor so the view is stunning. The flat has everything that you need. Child-friendly plates etc, adult-friendly Nespresso. This place is perfectly situated: a block from the beach, Checkers and a laundromat next door (can also do your laundry yourself, as there are laundry facilities on-site). I did see that there was an issue regarding the balcony being high up, but our 6yr old one was perfectly safe and the railings were strong and sturdy. During loadshedding, the lights in the hall and elevators are powered by a backup generator. Will book this place again for our next family holiday!
The apartment was comfortably furnished and everything was clean and tidy. The complex's one elevator was mostly out of order and because the unit is on the 11th floor, we sometimes waited very long. The unit is nice and close to the beach and there is a shopping center within walking distance of the unit. The coffee machine was a bonus. The load shedding was very inconvenient, especially at night, because there is a large generator running all the time for the elevator to work and it is very loud and disturbing, but I realize the owner has no control over it.

Felt like we were in a different country except for that loadshedding and neighbour's generator noise, other than that perfect and highly recommended. Perfect place for a small family.
