The main and second bedrooms are located on the upper level; the main room is furnished with a king-size bed, and the second and third rooms each have 2 single beds. Upstairs bedrooms both have en-suite bathrooms with showers. Downstairs has a seperate bathroom with a shower. Outside living is on the deck with a Webber braai for use on the deck.
There is a downstairs apartment that is occupied by myself and is not part of the upstairs living area.
The well-equipped kitchen contains a fridge, a microwave, an oven with a stove, and a kettle. The adjacent living area features a wood-burning fireplace, and leads out to the spacious deck, which offers patio table and chairs and lovely sea and area views to admire. There is parking available on the premises for 2 vehicles only.

4 guests' feedbackWe were welcomed by Francis and we were pleasantly surprised by the size and view of the home. It was well kitted out (dishwasher, microwave, etc.) with a very efficient fireplace. Michel was very generous to allow us an earlier check-in and later check-out time. We would love to visit again soon!
Ideal holiday home with large open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge where you can hang out late into the night. Outside porch with a view of the sea. A nice cool sea breeze blows most of the time. We had a nice barbecue on the stoep with the Webber braai. The street and driveway take some driving skill, but it wasn't really a problem. The nanny lives in the lower unit and has always been friendly and her dog PD will walk to the beach with you if you encourage him.
The lady watching Sunset on Mountain Rise was so awesome.
Michel was very friendly and helpful. The house was nice clean and comfortable, with everything you would need. However, we struggled with parking; a larger vehicle struggles to drive into the driveway. Michel said they were going to make changes.
