Everything was good and tidy. Provision has been made for power outages.
Only complaint is that the fan I asked for was not in the room. We came back late and couldn't ask for the fan then.
I would suggest that the place has a TV in the bedroom rather than in the Lapa because during our stay it was raining, so we could not go watch TV at the Lapa and I also think it's convenient to have it in the room, especially if travelling with a partner so that you can catch up while watching TV.
Open, clean, quiet and safe are just a few words that come to mind from Blackberry.

Wonderful place if you need to get some fresh air. Close to the shops and garage. However the place is nice and quiet, very private which is what we were looking for, with secure parking.

Owner is very friendly and helpful, was even able to check in an hour after the prescribed arrival time (though booked in advance by phone). Place is clean and tidy, but would prefer there to be a door in front of bathroom and place to hang clothes. Private and neat. It's a beautiful homely guesthouse.
The lapa full of dust, not very clean. Fridge in lapa's deepfreez downstairs had empty fermented bags in it. Would be nice if TV in lapa only picked up regular TV channels. Small fridge in room would be nice.
The room was safe and comfortable. There is a microwave and kettle. Outside the room is a fridge and there is a TV in the other outside room. Therefore no TV in the room. Had a good night's rest. The shower was blocked and the bathroom didn't smell nice. There also isn't a door between the bathroom and bedroom, so the smell went into the room.
Was kindly welcomed and very neat and private. Suggest a barred gate, small fridge inside the unit and toiletries e.g. shampoo and shower gel. Very pleasant people and I will book there again for sure. Really good value for money and really felt at home.

We had issues with the heater and shower head (which was fixed). The heater was taken to be fixed, but never replaced or returned. The room is very cold, as it gets minimal sunshine. Don't expect TV as there is no set top box. No cupboard for clothing.
