Pets are prohibited.Smoking is strictly forbidden within the apartment. Any evidence of smoke odour during the checkout cleaning may result in an additional cleaning fee.
No noise or parties are permitted without exception. A first complaint will prompt communication with you, but upon a second complaint, you may be required to vacate the premises, and no refund will be issued.
Illegal substances are not allowed on the property. If there is suspicion of substance consumption, security/police will be contacted. If found in possession, you will be escorted off the premises with no refund.
Unauthorized pets are subject to a fine, and you may be asked to leave the property with no refund.
Overnight guests beyond the booked number are not allowed.
