Sylvaner is a double-storey self-catering house with a view of the village, Kassiesbaai, and some sea views. Set on a double plot, the property is fully fenced and alarmed and is an easy stroll to the hotel and beach.

The house can accommodate up to 10 guests, and has 5 bedrooms in total.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom contains a king-size bed, the second bedroom contains twin single beds, and the third bedroom contains a double bed. On this level there is a bathroom with toilet and shower-over-bath plus a separate toilet. The lounge area, leading onto the front balcony with undercover braai, is open-plan to dining and kitchen. The open fireplace is useful in winter.

Downstairs, there is a room containing 2 single beds, and a pull-out sleeper couch suitable for young children. The fifth bedroom contains 2 double bunks, sleeping 4 children or young adults. A shower, basin and toilet is convenient for these 2 bedrooms. A second fridge-freezer and a washing machine are available.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a large free-standing electric stove with gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, electric toaster, kettle and large fridge-freezer. An outside courtyard off the kitchen is private and sunny with use of a kettle braai.

Up to 4 cars can be parked inside the property and protected by beams if required. The house has DStv. Well-behaved pets are welcome with prior arrangement.
