Hot tub took long to heat up, other than that the house was perfect. Location perfect.
House smells mouldy and constant gas smell on the 2nd level (property manager was advised). Jacuzzi never worked, this was very disappointing because the house was booked for this reason (property manager was informed but the problem was not fixed after we reported it). Gas braai never worked, not very clean at all so we would not use it. Gas Stove ran out of gas both gas cylinders on the property was empty and the property manager informed us the the gas was refilled and cylinders was serviced the day before we checked in which could not have been. We reported all the to the property manager and never got any response from them, today it is a week later since we lodged our complaint and no feedback received.

No parties or loud noise are allowed as this is a residential area.
No visitors are allowed entry. Only guests and vehicles that are registered will be allowed entry.
Balance payments are due 40 days prior to arrival, a 100% deposit will be required for all bookings made less than 40 days prior to arrival.
Advertised rates and minimum stays are seasonal.
Bookings of 8 nights and longer will include a compulsory mid-stay clean with fresh linen; this will be an additional charge.
This property has a refundable breakage deposit. An authorization hold will be placed on the guest's credit card.
