4 guests' feedbackI didn't like the fact that we were not informed that we have to register our faces in order to gain access to the Lagoon, and the fact that alcohol is not allowed at the Lagoon.
The accommodation itself for an overnight stay for business is sufficient. Problem is the permanent residents; it's not peaceful, lots of noise and sometimes doesn't feel too safe. Small things - the access control is very strict and too timed. For people who want to relax in the late afternoon after a long trip, sleep over and go, it takes almost an hour to finish all the admin. Just to be able to enter the pool is also required, because access is controlled everywhere. Some of the furniture looks old, no bedside lamps, broken chair on the balcony, and the rechargeable light doesn't work.
Nice apartment however there is 1 thing that raises my concern regarding the apartment: Sliding door from the lounge needs to be fixed. It is difficult to close. Wish the place had a braai area. Too much unnecessary admin at the place. Going to the pool those 2 gates do the same thing: it makes you feel like you're not on holiday. One would be enough to check bags. Why do we have to go to the office and register - they have all details when we sign in.
The apartment is very stylish and comfortable, and a lot of attention has been paid to the finer details! The owners are friendly and easy to work with. The restaurant's food is delicious! We haven't been able to experience the lagoon for ourselves yet, so we're looking forward to going back!

Please take note that during Level 2 restrictions only 70 guests are allowed to visit the Lagoon restaurant. Each unit is allocated 2-hours a day and are required to book a time slot with the concierge services at the Lifestyle Centre.No lagoon visits on check out date. Breakfast can be enjoyed before 10h00 at restaurant on check out date.
Please be considerate of your neighbours and reduce noise by 10 pm.
Please do not flush any personal items such as sanitary pads or condoms in the toilet, use bags provided and dispose of in the bin.
Smoking is only permitted on the balconies and designated smoking area in front of the lifestyle centre. No smoking in the lagoon area.
No floating devices are allowed on the lagoon if it is not hired/let from or supplied by the Aquatic Centre.
No hard balls allowed in the lifestyle centre and lagoon area.
Only appropriate swimwear allowed at the lagoon area.
No food, drinks or snacks may be brought into the lifestyle centre. Anything you would like to eat or drink needs to be bought from Amici.
No glass or alcohol is allowed in the lagoon area.
No use of drones or photo cameras allowed in the estate.
Please keep all communal areas clean and tidy.
Please do not leave any rubbish bags outside the apartment, use the green bins provided downstairs next to the building.
Please do not throw anything from the balconies, this includes cigarette buds, bottles or any litter.
