The Thesen Island Homeowners Association (TIHOA) has implemented a BUPL (biometric user pay levy). This amounts to an additional fee of R97.00 per guest biometric registration. At least one guest in the group is compelled to register and pay the said levy.
Any additional guests registering and utilizing the biometric system will also carry the levy per guest. Passengers need not register, but the names and ID documents of all group members must be entered on the group leader’s biometric document. A copy of each adult Guest’s ID or Passport in the family or group is to be included.

Really appreciate our requests being accommodated swiftly - felt very much at home. Would love to stay here again.
The Cove is beautiful, neat and comfortable. Lovely deck for braaiing and taking in the surrounds. The boys could go rowing. Quiet and peaceful. Would recommend this house. Helpful owner.
