18 guests' feedbackWe really enjoyed our stay at the Docklands. The room was nice, and everything we needed was available in the kitchen. The WiFi had no issues, and the room was cosy. The location was great as it was not too far from the waterfront and within walking distance to Jason's Bakery. I also enjoyed a nice run on the promenade. We will definitely be back. Thank you also to the host, who explained everything so well to us and arranged an extra key.
Our host met us in reception on arrival. We were given an undercover secure parking bay. The apartment is immaculate with modern finishes and was perfectly kitted out for our 4-night stay. Attention to detail was excellent from our host. Beds were comfy and amenities on the rooftop a bonus with sweeping views of Cape Town.
Aircon in bedroom was a bit weak. Roof terrace is awesome.

We really liked the place and really enjoyed it a lot, but the showers were not very clean.

The apartment is as per photos, communication was proper, everything in the apartment worked very well, the bed is very comfortable. WiFi speed is awesome. Safety and reception is a 100%. Please put an air freshener in the bathroom. The carpet needs thorough cleaning as it flared up my sinuses. The sliding door needs proper cleaning as it overlooks the mountain and you look at it all the time. These are all minor things that can be sorted. I will definitely stay here again.

The ventilation in the bathroom did not work. I emailed the rental agency about it. After 48 hours they still had not replied. The cleaning service was 3 hours late and once there took forever to finish stuff that should have been done in 45 minutes max. The apartment itself is spacious, has a well-equipped kitchen, good working WiFi and has large windows facing south east. Not a ray of sunlight comes in. There is a lack of heating. All in all, a lot of things that look nice in photos, but aren't very comfortable or practical. Architectural flaws topped by an impractical rental company: I am not coming back. Ever.
The unit was absolutely lovely, stylish and had everything we needed. We woke up every morning and could see the mountain in all its glory. It's location is the bonus. So central. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops and by car you every where within a few minutes. The staff were always checking in and we received great service. Worth every cent!

The Cape remains one of the most beautiful tourist attractions.
Lock-and-drive unit near the waterfront! Everything nice and new! Nice swimming pool with braai facilities and picturesque Table Mountain! The Docklands look after their guests very well and we were very happy!
Stunning place, top notch!
A little criticism: When we got there the security guard received us. We were not on their system. We struggled to prove that we did book. The main shower was blocked - we had to unblock - dirt full of hair. But everything else was 100%. Will book there again.
