The view bothered us a bit, but the rooms were clean, smelled nice and tidy. However, parking is a bit of a problem, but otherwise no complaints.

The guests here are very noisy until the early hours of the morning. Not a peaceful place to relax and rest. No breakfast, while they advertise that breakfast can be provided. Rooms are light at night due to lights that burn through the night.
General impression is good. The room was clean and tidy. First, they advertise breakfast, but it was not available. A R150 voucher can be obtained for breakfast, which is really not cheap. The bath towel was frayed at the edges and not up to standard. The parking is not sufficient for the rooms. The main road causes considerable noise right through the night.
Parking is a bit bad, but the rest of the place is not bad.
Friendly, comfortable and clean rooms, reception very welcoming and assisted us even when checking in late after 23:30. Will make use of this guesthouse again.

No welcome from reception, no or little kitchen equipment including kitchen cloths. Toilet seat loose.
We will not use the place again! We couldn't even eat breakfast porridge as there were no porridge bowls! We wanted to barbecue, but there was no bowl for meat or salad and no barbecue tongs either. The reception said they would provide it - what a joke. nothing came of it. The kitchen could be more equipped! The noise from the main road is also a problem from early morning. The parking area is far too small for large vehicles. The cameras around the house do give one peace of mind about your vehicle.
Everything was perfect. The room so specious, neat and clean towels. Place is next to Dihlabeng Mall, you don't have to travel. Nice place to stay.

The accommodation was clean and tidy, but the reception was not exactly warm. My inquiry about hand soap elicited a strange look. There was also a terrible noise kicked up from 23:30 presumably to lock doors or something. This continued until midnight. No warning or consider names of the guests, while there are notices everywhere outside for guests to consider others. So it will be expected that the owners will fulfill this themselves.
We had no water for 2 days, bathroom and shower was a big inconvenience. The other guests next to our room are terribly noisy for 24 hours from 8:00 pm to 9:00 am the next morning.

Nice spacious room, clean and tidy. Only small criticism - although the room is advertised as a family room (and there are enough beds) there is only cutlery for 2 people.
Previous guest smoked in the clearly marked room, and after cleaning the room was closed. Upon arrival, the smell was enough to knock our non-smoker's breath away. Reception soon helped us and arranged another room for us. Thank you very, very much! Good and fast service. Walking distance from mall. Spacious rooms, lovely shower with flat sofa for a child. Was a 1 night overnight and a good pit stop.
The room was clean but the dishes were dirty. Pillow case dirty. Towel rail falls from wall. Staff very friendly. If you only need a place to sleep, this is sufficient.

It was really a terribly nice experience to stay there. The staff were particularly helpful and friendly. I can recommend the guest house with the utmost confidence.
Place is very neat and clean and modernly equipped. Near places to eat at new mall across the road. Maybe braai equipment like braai tongs can be fitted if you want to braai yourself.

I had a great stay for one night, the room might be a bit small if you want to stay longer. Our room also did not have an en-suite bathroom, which was slightly inconvenient. The parking is a bit of a problem, as there is not enough parking for the amount of guests who can stay there. Other guests parked me and it was a struggle to get them to move their car early the next morning when I wanted to drive again. I would also recommend new pillows as the sleeping pillows are very hard and uncomfortable. The people at the reception were very friendly and willing to help. Furthermore, I was satisfied with the stay.
Could be better equipped to serve as self-catering.
Fellow guests were allowed to hang out on the porch until midnight and make noise in front of our front door. 24 hour reception showed no response.

Very calm. Nice quiet. Cute for self catering.
The room is spacious, modern and tidy, with everything you need, even a small fridge and a very nice shower. The reception was friendly, professional and efficient. The breakfast menu does not offer many options, but the food was delicious. The place is well located opposite a large shopping center as well as the Frontier Inn, so good places to eat are within reach. We can recommend the Beef Baron in the Frontier Inn. It was a thoroughly good experience.

Room a bit small, but neat.
Noisy neighbours played insanely loud music until 03:00 in the morning. Incompetent receptionist. Although the room was tidy, you can not draw open a curtain, unless you enjoy staring into backyard rubble. Never again!

No winter sheets on the bed or electric blankets, Bethlehem gets really cold. The toilet paper wasn't good quality. Limited TV channels and the TV is very far away because the room is large and you have to crank up the volume very high to hear anything. At this price the above should have been provided.
We had a great time. Not very personal, but neat. Just the basics and they don't really understand you when you speak. Not profiscient in English. The one man is an exception though. But very clean and neat.

Not enough parking. Cars are visible from the main road and they only lock the gate at 10 pm. Had to share a bathroom with other guests as I didn't notice in the fine script that it's not en suite. Read carefully. Not your typical guesthouse setup. Take a good look before you book.
