The host was an excellent host ready to help with any needs. Units were very neat and clean, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would recommend to family and friends.
Great service, great breakfast, great room. The host went out of his way to make us feel at home. The most beautiful guest house, decorated with love and care with lots of detail. Will definitely stay there again.
We received a warm welcome, were shown around the property, treated to complimentary cappuccinos and directed to a nearby restaurant for dinner (it's the only one in Douglas).
The host made every effort to ensure we were comfortable and that everything was in order. A welcome cappuccino was a very nice touch.

Excellent customer service with everything you need and more. Terribly stylish decor that can be appreciated. I had a peaceful stay and it was checked later that evening that everything was OK and a generator was switched on for load shedding. Breakfast was not part of my reservation, as it suits me (a cup of coffee and biscuit in the room was enough) because I had to leave early.
Our host was most welcoming. We felt very at home. The decor was superb. It was a real treat staying here. We will surely be back. Thank you.
V went the extra mile to accommodate our needs and especially with the loadshedding debacle - he ensured the rooms were heated and cosy for the cold evenings. Excellent hospitality and beautifully designed and furnished rooms. Idyllic setting in the rural town and certainly allowed some recalibration and much needed rest.
Our host, Vojin, awaited us and placed us in his best units. It was luxurious and very beautiful and well equipped! Vojin gave us good advice about a place to eat not far from there. We would stay here again if we came here again.
Overnight rooms are neat. Vehicles can stop safely inside the enclosure. Staff are very helpful and were willing to put an extra mattress in the room for my son. Very satisfied!
The host was friendly, showed us around and offered his assistance if we needed anything.

Beautiful decor and clean rooms. Friendly reception. Would have appreciated if there was soap and shampoo (as is the norm) in the rooms. No breakfast offered while reviews refer to breakfast. Otherwise a great stay.
Perfect location and hospitable people. Breakfast received so much attention with the preparation as well as the serving. Great! Would like to suggest that the host makes a little more effort to explore his surroundings. We looked for a few options and he hadn't even visited the confluence of the Orange and Vaal rivers. Maybe consider offering a tour for an extra fee.
The host and hostess are two enterprising young people who did everything in their power to make our stay pleasant.

Expected more, didn't know breakfast wasn't included. It's nice and neat. Hostess should have just communicated with us about breakfast. Please. better keep coffee in room. After a long journey looking for decent, nice coffee and maybe a biscuit also because breakfast was not included and we didn't know that. No soap in shower/shampoo in shower.
Slept very well and had sufficient space to work. The guest house is also centrally located in Douglas so that I could go for a walk in the morning in the beautiful village.
