We could drink coffee early every morning on lovely, comfortable sofas under a canopy in the garden and enjoy the nature around us. We had a wonderful stay. Was immediately and kindly received on arrival. The room was clean and you immediately got a warm feeling. The room had a breathtaking view of Bethlehem. The little seats outside where we could enjoy our coffee in the garden the next morning were top class.

Nice big rooms in a very nice house. We stayed in room 1 and 3 and can recommend them. Fridge and microwave are shared, but this means you get a large fridge to store your drinks in. Will definitely visit The Nest again.
They didn't seem to be aware of my booking, took a little while to sort that out. The controls for the shower in room 3, probably would have been very difficult for someone not technically minded. Took me a few minutes to work it out.
Nice stay and comfortable.
I slept pretty well, besides the fact that when I was on the road, I asked the owner for the location because it was getting late. She told me I must Google it (while driving), fine. She added, saying I must be careful not to miss the turn like the other day when she had another person who couldn't find his way. Finally arrived, asked about her parking. She moved me to a different one. Only to be woken up in my sleep that my car must move, was interrupted 3 times that night alone. When she came back for the 3rd time, she came straight in and opened my windows, saying I can't sleep with closed windows.

Was kindly received and all necessary information was there and was well explained. The electric blanket was a winner. The many TV channels were also convenient, just a pity about SuperSport channel 201 which was not there.

We had a very nice overnight stay. The Nest has everything you need for overnight needs. The outdoor recreation area and braai facilities. The only complaint was that our mattress was not up to standard and we would recommend that it be replaced. We slept in room 1.
The Nest was a well located and convenient stop-over. The unit is well suited with all necessary amenities.
Animal friendly, not at all, the garden has no grass and is full of plants, no idea where to walk with them.

We were done after the long day next to the hockey field. We got cold all day. The hot tub at the guesthouse was a bonus. After we went out to eat the warm bed was fantastic. We didn't worry for a moment about the safety of the car. Very friendly service.
What a lovely clean, comfortable place to stay. I travel regularly from Kimberley to Piet Retief to visit my daughter and grandchildren and, having found the trip to be too much in one go, Bethlehem is almost exactly halfway, so The Nest is ideally situated. This is the second time I have stayed here, everything is neat and in place. If I come here again this will be my first choice.
The hosts are amazing and the venue is clean and well organised. They even have a cute little honesty shop so you can stop your cravings. The beds are comfortable and WiFi and off-street parking worked perfectly. I can only recommend this gem of a place. We will be back!
The Nest has different rooms. The room I stayed in was perfectly furnished with coffee, biscuits, milk, towels (even body wash and shampoo). The double bed was very comfortable. Beautiful view and air conditioning. There is also a kitchen in the common area with everything you could need. Neat, clean and homely. Would definitely recommend.

We had such a nice stay. The gardens are so beautiful and the rooms each have their own bathroom which makes them very comfortable and private. TVs in all rooms. Trampoline outside for the kids. Every morning new biscuits and coffee. Also nice fresh apple and lemon water left in the fridge. Ten out of ten.

We received a very warm welcome by Linda upon arrival. The shared space was nice and cosy with a coal fire heating up the room nicely. The bedroom was very clean and nicely decorated with a comfortable bed and very nice shower. Linda was very helpful with providing some information on the town and where we could find places to eat etc. If we were passing through Bethlehem again, I would certainly consider staying there again.

There are 4 rooms that share a communal kitchen and TV room, but we were the only guests so this didn't bother us. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. Definitely worth the money. The guest house is in a very nice suburb at the end of the street so it was very quiet and peaceful. It is also close to the shops.
The people were very friendly and open. They respected my privacy. Would have appreciated a smoking area with an ashtray.
This place is well-appointed and in a peaceful area. Safe parking. Older guests may have issues with the stairs. We didn't like the fact that you have to pass through the dining room / lounge to get to the bedrooms.
