Guests will be required to keep the property in the same clean condition as on arrival.Noise will not be allowed later than 21:00 during weekdays and 22:00 during weekends.
Pets are allowed at an additional fee. The owners will be held responsible for any damage.
Please ensure that pets don't damage the linen, furniture and carpets. A mattress and bowls for food and water are available on request and subject to availability.
Beverages and snacks in the room are available at an additional cost which is payable to the honesty bar jar before check-out.
Laundry facilities are not available, however, there is a laundromat down the road or laundry services can be arranged with the host at an additional cost.
