We had a great time and the place is incredibly clean.
What a wonderful experience! The friendliness of Amanda and Johan was exceptional, and we really enjoyed staying in room 3. The finishes are luxurious and furnished with great attention, the rooms are spacious with everything one could need. Wonderfully quiet, beautiful surroundings with a nice lawn for our boy to play. Absolute value for money, we'll be visiting again soon! Johan also spoils you with the delicious breakfast and sweets at Karmenaadjie Padstal & Bistro, just by the venue.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean and tidy. Only two things that bothered us, the DStv didn't work and there were no channels on the TV that we could watch, also no directions on how the WiFi works. The shower's water does not flush away immediately and is clogged.
Stayed 4 nights in 2 different units. Both with the necessary equipment, clean and tidy, good bed, linen and crockery! Heat is a problem at times, especially the smaller unit with a lower roof. Braai facilities are too few. WiFi in room 3 has little/no signal, but does in the kitchen area.

We are bird watchers and Johan showed us the abode of the great-eared owls, as well as black-winged cormorants. The restaurant in the bay was an experience.

Thank you for a peaceful time. The guesthouse is spacious and it had everything we needed. It was a cold weekend, and we used the fireplace. But unfortunately the smoke travelled through the whole house, as poor draft conditions can cause smoke to billow back out into your home instead. The steamer for the clothes was also broken. Water was leaking out. But other than that, we thank you, Johan!

Quiet and peaceful, close to surrounding places of interest. Well equipped unit and very nice. It was just what we needed after a rough year.
We used the place as an overnight stop. We were impressed with the accommodation and friendly hosts.
There is no pool or much to do so not suitable for children who expect the extras.
At short notice, Johan, the host, received us very kindly. I can absolutely recommend this hospitality, neat, clean and beautiful guest house and venue. It was a pleasure and a privilege to be able to close our 2017 here. Thank you very much Johan.

This is the best value for money accommodation we could find for the March long weekend in the whole of Langebaan, Saldanha and Jacobsbaai. Can highly recommend it.
