This 2-bedroom apartment can comfortably accommodate a total of 4 guests and share the use of 1 bathroom. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second bedroom has 2 single beds. The bathroom is fitted with a shower-over-bath, basin, and toilet. Linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. There is also a washing machine for guests’ convenience. The dining area has a lovely dining set for guests to enjoy their meals and opens to the lounge furnished with comfy couches and a Smart 43-inch FHD TV with limited channels (OpenView only). There is uncapped, unshaped and unthrottled WiFi and a Smart TV so you can log into your own Netflix/other provider accounts. Guests can enjoy a lovely sundowner on the balcony, but no smoking is allowed on the property/balcony.

This property is within close proximity to Stellenbosch University, the Jonkershoek Nature Reserve, and Cape Town International Airport. It is also located near many shops, restaurants, and bars.

TV was not working. No WiFi. Issues with parking lot. Place was clean, organized and safe.

Braai's may not be done in the apartment or on the balcony. Guests can make use of the dedicated, communal areas that are specifically for braaing.
Please park your vehicle in the garage marked "number 36" or an uncovered parking bay marked "visitors parking". Should you park in "visitors' parking", you may not park there for more than 12 hours at a time.
When using the garage (marked number 36) please ensure to place the metal safety pin into the hole so that wind does not push the garage door down when parking or removing your vehicle.
Noise is not allowed before 08h00 and after 22h00.
No Parties, or events.
The switchboard for electricity is located in bedroom 2. All switches can be switched up during your stay.
Should you dump any trash, it must be placed in a bin liner in the bin marked 36. Only household refuse is permitted in the main bins.
Do not throw any sanitary pads into the toilet, please use the bins provided.
Please switch off the bathroom light when not in use for the extractor fan to switch off.
Please place the shower curtain inside the bathtub when showering to avoid a wet floor.
Any fines received during your stay for transgression of any nature will be for your account.
