Please note, access to the property is via a 1 km long dirt road that will need to be driven on slowly and carefully.

The walking paths are beautiful and also provide easy access to Pringle Bay. House comfortable and tidy with nice views. The bathrooms are especially nice. The road to the house is unfortunately not suitable for an ordinary sedan car, and the road also means that one does not really get around easily with an ordinary car and therefore has to be comfortable with just staying at home. It didn't suit our holiday but would work for people looking for a very private getaway and are comfortable just walking around, or have a 4x4 car.

The location is everything and the peace and quiet of Tranquility Heights is unforgettable and unbeatable! Would definitely recommend - it's a do-your-soul-good type of destination.
Wake up each morning to the beautiful fynbos scenery and amazing rocks surrounding this unique home. Hiking out your back door. Mountain biking to Pringle Bay for waffles and a swim at Moonlit beach. Look out for owls through the picture windows and hares in the early evening. Very special spot!

The children explored the mountains and caught frogfish in the small pond. The decor is beautiful and everything in the property is well cared for. Thank you very much for a wonderful weekend.
We had a wonderful stay in this wonderful house with its beautiful location among the fynbos with views of the mountains, sea and Betties Bay. Tanya made an extra effort to accommodate us, and was always available should anything be missing. We definitely plan to return again in the future.
We were a couple of friends who booked together for a friend's birthday. House is very spacious. The house is very special and built on a very nice view. Can't fault anything at all, very modern with everything you can think of that you would need and more. Bedrooms have very nice views over the plains and overlook the sea and village, it is located on a large piece of land, so no one close to disturb your rest and far from everyone if you might want to have a good time and play music. Will not make a mistake at all if you are going to stay here.

This accommodation is completely off the grid and relies on solar power. Heating appliances such as hairdryers are to be used.
This property is not recommended for babies and toddlers under 6 years old. Parent supervision is required at all times.

An indemnity form needs to be signed before check-in.
As the property is in a Unesco World Heritage Site, the surrounding environment needs to be conserved and looked after. Guests are asked to not pick up or remove any vegetation.
Please be aware of snakes, scorpions, baboons, and other wildlife. Feeding and capturing wildlife is strictly prohibited.
Doors and windows need to be kept closed at all times if rooms are not occupied.
Waste needs to be disposed of at the local site deposit in Pringle Bay on check-out.
This house is designed for up to 8 guests with an additional lounge/kitchenette, however, we are able to accommodate smaller numbers. We can accommodate as few as 2 and depending on the size of your group the rooms are adjusted. You will be the only guests on the property at any one time, however depending on how many of you there are, certain sections of the house will be closed off for smaller groups. No matter how big your group is, you will have full access to the patio and the rest of the property, the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and access to the kitchenette will just be adjusted accordingly.
