19 guests' feedbackAfter I finished walking the Otter, I came to stay here for the evening. Although the location is not very good, I just want to say that I was 100% safe, Tsitsikamma Manor is beautiful with a beautiful garden. I have to say the reception lady/person who checked me in was fantastic and helped so much. The breakfast the next morning was very nice. Will definitely recommend.

Even though we had our doubts about the location at first, this warm welcome made us feel at home immediately. Since we set foot there until we departed, the staff made us smile. The service was impeccable, the neatness of the rooms are tops and the facilities of the best quality! I'll come back any day!

When we drove to the Manor we were concerned about our safety. But when we entered we were so surprised. Tranquility, security cameras and the staff was excellent. In a word: fantastic! We will definitely be back and also recommend it.
We have never stayed in a place that is so unique, hospitable and child friendly. I wish we could give customer service extra points. At Tsitsikamma Manor they pay attention to every detail and the staff are friendly, hospitable and makes you feel at home. I will recommend anyone to stay there and also stay at no other place if I visit Stormsriver again. Thanks to Jocelyn and all the others, your place was the highlight of our holiday.
Other reviews highlighted safety aspect; now understand why, but Tsitsikamma Manor is very safe. Did request management to make front door key available along with gate control and room keys in future. Was "locked out" and couldn't get to any door in the early morning (before 7).
Was a bit sceptic about the location and safety. Service excellent. Breakfast delicious.
