18 guests' feedbackUmdloti road was great! Location is perfect, sea is right on your doorstep! The swimming pool with large lawn is great for visiting and socializing in the evenings. Umdloti road is beautifully laid out and super clean and everything you need! Our stay was fantastic, would go back again anytime.
A beautiful, neat place which is safe and suited our small family of four perfectly.
Was very nice. Clean, location perfect. Was very calm with the sea just in front of us.
The house was very comfortable with everything you could need, we and the children felt like we were at home, we enjoyed it a lot and will book again for next year.

The place is absolutely fantastic, only thing I would say is that older people may not be able to stay there easily and parents with young children because of the 2 sets of round, steep stairs. Furthermore, the place is perfectly equipped with everything you need as well as the most beautiful view from basically every window in every room.
Will be back in the future, couldn't have asked for more.
The view was amazing. I didn't think I was going to live in a place that was actually someone's regular home. I feel guilty just opening the knife drawer. It feels like I'm invading their privacy. The stairs were no joke either. Is clearly meant for younger people than we are. The shower part was not a pleasure. You basically have to stand in the hallway to shower. The owner himself is a very pleasant person and was kind enough to refund us more than the deposit, because their carpeting had started to break down during our visit. It was a gesture that was much appreciated.
We had a wonderful rest and holiday. The beach, swimming pool, barbecue area are all close to each other. The ground floor is a bonus. If something to eat is needed, it is also within walking distance or 1 km if you want to drive. Apartment is homely and comfortable. Visitors who have difficulty moving should only pay attention to stairs in the apartment. However, for us who are not sporty, this was no problem. We would have liked to see more security measures at the complex although we were safe, you felt uneasy at times. Perhaps along the lines of a guard and a security gate on the ground floor.
It was our first time in Umdloti and we were spoiled from the start with beautiful sea views on our doorstep. Apartment has three levels, middle level living area and upper level two bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with a separate shower. Living area and bedrooms have beautiful sea views. Couldn't have asked for more. Can definitely recommend this place: good value for what one pays. Can't really complain about anything.

Asked for my breakages money back and then I had to hear how dirty the place was and that she had to find a cleaning service place to clean the apartment, after I asked her the day before we left if the maid please. the next day the place can come clean. I said I would pay her and she said I should pay her R100. Now she apparently had the whole place cleaned for R650 and we were only 4 adults and one one-year-old boy. Apparently my daughter-in-law left the dirty diapers in their bed, which I don't believe ─ probably just in the room! Just want to add that my daughter-in-law also had the bedding in the master bedroom washed during our stay as well as the bath towels! I am very unhappy, because I am certainly not a dirty person!

Had such a nice holiday. Nice quiet and peaceful.
Cabanas 28 was very neat, with everything we needed. The view is amazing from the balconies and we even saw dolphins. Could walk to the shops, and was very safe.
It is a very beautiful area, centrally located.
