14 guests' feedbackSecond time we've stayed at UniqueStay, and once again a great experience. The unit is always clean, very tidy and the owner "on the ball".
We did not spend much time at the unit, however our time was enjoyed. Madre was particularly accommodating and the service provided was impeccable.
I feel with load shedding that each room should have an emergency light. One emergency light in an apartment of this size is not sufficient. They are relatively inexpensive and will make the stay more comfortable. We have rebooked for April and would appreciate it if this improvement can be made. Otherwise, everything was 100% and we were really happy. The ladies who met us at the apartment were extremely friendly and helpful too!
Very awesome accommodation. I will most definitely recommend UniqueStay Mayfair Deluxe 3 Bedroom Apartment to friends and family.
The downfall was the cleanliness in the lounge and the dishcloths which were not freshened with Jik especially during the pandemic. I bought my own Jik to be safe. I also had to buy a knife and wooden spoons so as to be able to cook. The area is situated in a clean environment I enjoyed the garden most and the view from the lounge and the balcony was an excellent one
Very neat, spacious and well equipped. No braai area, fridge didn't work and owner wasn't very keen to help. Parking for one car only, which is not practical for a 6 sleeper. Unscheduled cleaning fees are required a day before you check in, not part of quote.
The place gives you a sense of holiday relaxation. I just didn't like the fact that we weren't told about an additional cleaning fee until we got there. We hadn't budgeted for it and had to ask for help.
Apartment is good, better direction to underground parking can be given. We struggled to get it.
Nice, spacious flat, neat, clean, everything you need. We had a great stay, good security.
The whole family was well accommodated at Unique Stay. Starting with the old people until the one year old. Everything was well prepared for us. The house was clean and warmly. Security was excellent with good personnel who are willing to assist.
Easy accessible, clean apartment relatively quiet. Close to major attractions. Loads of space.
This is a really nice place . The only thing is more parking is needed.
Needs more kitchen ware as there only few.

For pre-arranged check-ins after 18:00, due to late flight/driving arrivals, a fee of an additional cost is payable on arrival before keys can be handed over. This does not include general late arrivals 48 hours prior to arrival confirmation.
Utilities are supplied. Once depleted, utilities would be for the guests own account, which is bought through UniqueStay. Please keep an eye on the units and advise us in advance when the units are low, to avoid running out.
